I might be being totally thick - when you add items to your order online - is there anyway to see how much its being charged at before you complete the order? just added some of the eyelift creams as mentioned above and wanted to see how much they show up at xx

Yes, just keep pressing 'continue' on the bottom of each page and the screen after your Online Offers will then give you the option to 'View Sub-Total'. You can then see all your saved order with each item individually priced together with the total value of your order and anticipated commission.

Thanks missminx. Funnily enough the customer who placed this extra order walked past my garden y'day & stopped for a chat. I managed to be very vague about when order would come (she obviously hadn't read the delivery date note!) & she was very relaxed about it. Soooo, it all feels a bit easier now.

Not happy as 1 out of my 3 boxes of bits did not arrive this morning. Later got a call saying it should be delivered by friday as something had leaked - assuming they will send it back for a replacement. I am missing half of the bits for most peoples orders. I hope i dont loose the trust of some customers over late delivery.

Also still not heard form SL about territory confusion. Not going well the past few days

Just read that the Advent Houses (C15 clearance) are now sold out (I have three new customers waiting for them! :mad:) Seems that if you are due your delivery today/tomorrow then you're in with a chance but my order's due Thursday.:(

it is very annoying when new customers finally trust you enough to order and then you have to say well sorry its never going to arrive as they have sold out. One of my new customers ordered enough bits to get their sonic mascara cheap - i will now have to explain that these are now not available and hope she sees it is still a good deal and hope it wont stop her from ordering again.

Typical, I wanted three of these too , they should send us the tree's in HT as a replacement

Anyone know if it is the Supershock Mascara they're sending as a replacement for the mascaras? Thankfully no-ones ordered any from me, but thinking I may as well stock up if that's what they are sending.

It was an Internet Offer a few weeks ago but still seems to work if you input the code no. Great way to get your customers to try this premium product i.e. offer it free for orders over £20+ or .... shhhh just at a vastly discounted price.

Sonic Boost replacements - yes all orders for these are being replaced by Supershocks in black (regular not waterproof). I'm in mailplan A and got my order yesterday - all were substituted but I was expecting that and ordered as many as I was entitled to for that reason.
