Placed my order this morning. 15 minutes later another order popped through my door. Phoned Avon who took down the order but would not promise it would be added to main order.

When I look at my order (the only way seems to be to click Order Tracking and then Print) it does not show the extra items.

Do you know if these will be added or should I create an Additional Order & pay the fee, & even then would they arrive with main order?

    Help!

It's a tough one. Can you try a rep near you and see if they have the goods in stock? What do you need? You won't earn commission on additional, plus you have to pay postage :(
Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???

Any chance you can get your SL to check for you? If not, it's worth - sorry - ringing Fastrack again as you only have a very small 'window of opportunity' to get things added to your order without it incurring an additional charge.

    Either way - be quick.

    Good luck.

  • Can't remember if I mentioned this on here yet.... ;)

Worth trying to see if the item no. 80333 still works for Clinical Eyelift (old packaging) @ £1.25 nett :j

It was an Internet Offer a few weeks ago but still seems to work if you input the code no. Great way to get your customers to try this premium product i.e. offer it free for orders over £20+ or .... shhhh just at a vastly discounted price.

PS: Anyone else know of any other similar bargains?

    Thanks Missminx,

Afraid I don't know any reps near me. I think I'll wait until I can see my invoice & if it's not on there I'll place additional order & just swallow the cost. HATE to let a customer down...

Just discovered I've lost several customers who work in a nursery as their 'mate' has taken up Avon. I gave them a great service & they didn't even bother to ask me to stop supplying catalogues. I understand people might want to support a close friend but I wish they'd have the blurry courtesy to inform me so I'm not paying for catalogues. Could be interesting when 'mate' gets tired of doing Avon.

Sorry I'm having a terrible day. Been battling BT all morning about a £130 engineer call out fee they tried to charge me - finally had it waived.

    Thanks MC,

Have no SL, so on my own there. As I've already placed the additional order with avon customer services I'd better not double up by doing it with fast track.

  • I'm a fairly new rep on my third campaign and have a quick question.

I ordered a solutions nightcream back in HT15 and received the free makeup bag. The cream doesn't really suit my skin and I want to return it to Avon. Can I return a demo product and if I do will I need to send them the free makeup bag back as well?

    Thanks

Oh dear... One thing after another. Know the feeling well! Which items do you need? May be able to make better suggestions depending on what they are.
As for the customers who have left you, don't worry about it. They weren't very loyal customers if they have done that. I have friends who order their Avon elsewhere because they were already with that rep, and I don't want to poach the customers. I'm sure there are new customers just around the corner for you ;)

Welcome to the thread, BBM, and to Avon too. Hope you're enjoying it.

As for your query, yes, you can return Demo products and strictly speaking you should return any free gifts in order to ensure you are credited with the correct amount. It IS a bit hit and miss though i.e. not sure the system connects the two.

    Yr welcome and, err, no....

Hope it comes out as one order to you.
