My ASM looked. I didn't ask how, but will when I see her. Maybe she could check because she got me the lead? I don't know, but will ask! SMA is very scary, but apparently there is a user guide that is very good, and then people don't get locked out... saw something about it on connects. Asms can have a look and see what is free, its just SL that can't, we can only request territory once someone has applied to us through the official form. though its better to get it once they've actually signed up with you, the system will give us territory after their initial application, but then they appear on asms list, so some asms have beaten sl to the appointment!

Well the 1 customer I got from the re-canvas is looking to be a difficult one. Tried 2 times to deliver so far and someone has definitely been in, and I've been using my loud knock. Won't be attempting delivery again until brochure collection next week. If they'd left a phone number I'd have been happy to call if I'm popping out somewhere else in the meantime, but they didn't.

To top if off their order from clearance was substituted so it's likely they won't want the order anyway. With no contact details I can't ring in advance to explain. I can offer the new version of the same item for the same price, but it'll be a wait until my next delivery day in nearly 3 weeks.

Hi everyone, its my first time at being a rep and with 20 customers my order comes in at £288 when I entered in last night, but about 20 of my items have the yellow spot. What happens if they dont get delivered does Avon take your commision off you if it knocks you under the £148 some of my orders was for bags and it would take me under that bracket if they were OOS. I was so exited about Avon now I feel so deflated at the fact that I might have to tell my customers after two weeks of waiting for thier order its out of stock.

I wouldn't worry. In many years of doing avon I've always received my 'yellow spotted items'. If you look on your avon home page, on the right hand side under 'latest', you'll find 'product supply news'. Play around with that & you'll really see which items are OOS.

Question: I had 2 customers between them order 5 items from the sale booklet (c15) that qualified them for the large gift bags, 4 of the items were out of stock, but the 5 giftbags are still showing up on my invoice. I also had one who qualified for small bag. BUT I have not received any large giftbags at all just 1 small one. I assumed they were in one of the boxes but they're not. There's a note saying "We have included in your order the maximum number of free gift bags you are entitled to for those customers who made a ppurchase across pages 2-11 pf the flyer. Any extra free gift bags ordered have been deleted" so, since my orders only go through as me, I can't get the multiple customers individual orders working for me, but I put I served 20+ customers, do you think Avon cancelled all but 1 of the giftbags, or did they not supply them because the actual items were out of stock, or is it just a messed up delivery?

I've also had something leak over stuff. Fortunately its leaked on stuff thats plastic wrapped, and I happen to have one in "stock" as an Xmas present for someone in my family so I can 'borrow' that one while I wait for the replacement come through Unfortunately it also leaked all over my paperwork
