    Hi Lozza,
I have been struggling with a message to staple on my brochures, can i copy and use yours? Yours seem pretty good.

Of course you can, just tailor it to any incentives you do :)

Finally got myself doing more on my avon Facebook again, and managed to get 6 new likes since Saturday which I'm happy with, hopefully it'll translate into more sales/customers being as I'm remembering to post something everyday, much easier now there's a separate phone app just for managing Facebook pages.

This is the first year this has happened so I hope someone can help me.

I've just been looking at campaign dates around Christmas (I warn my customers in August that they have X amount of books until Christmas once I start again in the September ;)) and noticed my delivery date for C2 falls on Christmas Day. Last year when my delivery date landed on Boxing Day they delivered it the following Wednesday (2nd Jan) but this year the 'next Wednesday' is New Years Day so would they deliver it the Thursday or leave it until the week after which is the 8th? If so what happens about the C3 orders which would in theory be due 9th? Would they also be a week later?

I hate the 2 week campaigns over the holiday period, as it completely confuses me every year! :o

I'm so looking forward to my 2 weeks off this year. :rotfl::rotfl:

Nicki - are you looking at campaign dates officially from Avon or just counting ahead on the calendar? I can only see up to October but I'm not a SL so if you are I expect you get more advanced notice of the dates.

It's a weird one. I'm mailplan A and C2 delivery has always been 27th or 28th December, which hasn't been the usual Monday delivery so far so I assume they automatically jumped over the holidays.

If you worked this out by counting ahead (nothing official from Avon) I'd just wait until the dates on Order Tracking get up to C2.
I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for. :( I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Hi all, hope you are all doing well and sales are good with everyone. Just a quick question as been racking my brains on how to best approach this without insulting my customers or looking too pushy.
Ok what it is, is my first order arrived today :) woo hoo, all is good but my SL said to post out the new C13 brochure with the delivery but in one hand feel thats a bit pushy considering they just got their delivery so why would they immediately order more. I then also think, if i dont give them a brochure now I will make twice as much work by having to go back out to them later on in this campaign to deliver one then. Some of my customers are in flats with restricted access so difficult to get into them too.
    What do you all do?
On another quick note, i have bit the bullet and started knocking on doors now to gauge peoples interest and its going well. Confidence is up and already got more potential interest in my allocated area. Also managed to get some more roads to canvas so got a nice big area now so hopefully will help with sales. :)

I always leave the next brochure when I deliver, in fact I pop it in the bag! I make sure I have worked out what day I am picking up the other brochures in the same street and write on the order form that thats when I will be collecting theirs. If you get a Customer that really likes Avon they will order again and again, I have 1 lady thats ordered every single campaign since I started 2 years ago!!

Definitely put the next brochure in with your orders when you're delivering - it's standard practice for reps to do this - saves you time, but also customers love to get their brochure when they see you and the times I've not given them a book with their order (due to holidays etc), they've been disappointed!

Nicki - you might be surprised by what they alter your order & delivery dates for round Christmas, some years mine have stayed the same days, but I remember one year I submitted my order on a Tuesday (like normal), but delivery was that Friday instead of the following Monday. I'd ask your asm if they can send you a list of the order/ delivery dates for the rest of the year, although the ones very near Christmas are probably c1 depending on your area so they won't have those dates just yet.
