It was the 3 for 2 on Xmas gifts in C17(?), she ordered the gadget pen & tie holder then the mobile cleaner as the freebie. Might offer her a 10% discount anyway off her next order as a good will thing, even if it does arrive with my C2 delivery.
I'm also adding a note to my files so that when all the kids hats/scarf sets come in the books for next Xmas I'll order demo versions of them. I forgot this year and had to let customers down again due to them being out of stock  The same thing happened last year to me, and I ended up ordering them from the online shop and therefore lost my "discount", tried to do the same this year and couldn't! Even 3b@y didn't have any available when I looked
My DD is away from Boxing Day onwards, so apart from watching dreadful TV I'll be sorting through all my paperwork, making lists of what things sell and to whom, making sure I note which particular option of stuff like anew each customer orders on their info cards and updating contact info. Loads of my customers have changed mobile numbers or are moving to other places within my territory so I need to make sure I'm ready to go when I start again on the 7th. I think I'm going to make my C2 order (due Thur) my stock one for bags and cards, and stuff like that so I can have some time to get them sorted in advance. Not sure I'll hit the MOV but I'll see since DD is desperate for the coat/hat/scarf thing :rotfl::rotfl:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
Well rang the couriers and it turns out avon have not sent a load of random boxes - we were missing box 3 of 4. They have them now, but obviously it's an unexpected load of extra deliveries for them that they hadn't expected so might get it delivered before the weekend. What in earth is avon playing at! It looks like they purposely want to screw things up for everyone when it comes to getting stuff in time for XmasAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

im rather excited. Beginners luck i think but my order arrived on Monday - only 3 out of stock items, no missing items and no random additions. When i helped my sister with her Avon until she stopped during the last campaign she always had loads of these issues. Ive also been lucky in getting all deliveries to customers done last night and the last few tonight except for one.
ive put a brochure in each customers order which i will collect on Sunday. I over ordered my books by accident and have 80 left. Cant decide whether to put them out or not as many people have mentioned this campaign is expected to be pooh anyway. But then again, if i don't put them out there's no chance at all. Ill decide for sure in morning and get them out tomorrow to collect on Sunday. No more after that as im not bothering folk Christmas week. I have loved Avon this campaign.
one question. What is a DD ?Avon Rep since 30 November 2012.

DD = Dear Daughter (or maybe Direct Debitcheck the context
If you've got the books, why not get them out. It's still business as usual for lots of people, so you might be lucky enough to get a few ordersNow proud Mumto3 :j0 -

:T:Twell i decided to put most my books out today, so all customers who ordered last time have abook anyway as part of their delivery, other regular customers now have a book as well as well as occassional orderers. Im probably not going to put them back out again because really its only left never ordered and Mrs No Makeup who who was very rude and stated she didn't wear makeup, i was so tempted to say "well u need to" but i bit my tongue. :A:A:A
ive also put my POB on my Facebook, offering 10% off their next order if they spend a tenner on this campaign, to try and get some of my FaceBooker friends to buy from me for the first time seems im expecting this campaign to be dire.
i have my first 3 orders tho from folk that ordered last time. 2 want Argan Oil leave in treatments and 1 wants two lots of lippy. They were impressed that when they rang their orders through because they were gagging to order that i knew the product and price without even having to look. Not bad for a guy. :TAvon Rep since 30 November 2012.

I don't suppose anyone knows the price for Ideal Flawless pressed powder foundation. Its finally arrived a few campaigns late, and I don't have the receipt slip any more, I stupidly forgot to tear the 2 sheets apart so the customer ended up with both copies. Its arrived so late I'm not even sure what campaign its from, either 16 or 17. I'll have to have another read at the invoices.0

I've seen it recently for £9 - however I'm not sure how much it will have been from the particular brochure your customer ordered from.Avon Rep since 30 November 2012.

Your question above has made me think that I might keep one copy of each campaigns brochure to make this a bit easier or right the price down on the invoice that it shows as out of stock.Avon Rep since 30 November 2012.
