I was going to cancel within the 14 days cooking off period but have been informed if i come back straight away or within 6 campaigns i would be assigned my current sales leader even if I choose a different one. Urghhhhhhhh. On a brighter note, im excited to have many orders.
You should be able to cancel & re-join under someone else, but I think it does depend who you speak to on the phone.. I think MC knows more about how to go about this, might be worth sending her a pm xAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -

ive gone to my area manager. I'm going to cancel and resignup with another team leader. If i cant do so in time, i shall use my sisters account. Not a happy bunny but luckily i dropped of and picked up my books first.
Luckily for you - as the customers already know you, you should still get their orders over the new rep. As you've already done - best to contact the area manager for territory problems as they have overall control (ie doesn't matter who you joined with, they can see who has what territory, whereas sl can only see for reps within their own team). Hope you manage to get something sorted xAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -

Am i just annoyed still? Fresh pair of eyes tomorrow. Anyway, im excited to buy a new laptop tomorrow so i can input my orders and digitise my customer records. I will keep my current rubbish sales leader seems the area manager at least seems helpful as it appears there's no easy way to change. If she hinders my future work, i will think again.
also, ive had three differing credit limits told to me. Urghhh
Ah, yes, some days it seems rubbish (I still have days like that even after all this time!) - hang in there, as you have a ready made customer base from your sister, it would be a shame to loose out on that. As your the credit limit - depending on how many orders you get, I wouldn't worry too much. Perhaps go on the assumption that your limit is the lowest one that you've been told, then if your orders are under that amount you'll definitely be fine.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
The OOS situation seems a lot worse than last year - or maybe with time I've got a rose-tinted view of Winter 2011.
But seriously, it does seem to be effecting a wider range of products.
No, it's definitely worse this year! Before, when things have been "to follow next campaign", they actually came the next campaign. I had lots of things from my C17 order, that should then have been delivered with my C18 order...however I've had my c18 delivery and they are still "to follow!!!! Just glad I managed to buy most of the bits from ebay/other sales leaders to avoid letting my customers down. But then, when the stuff (eventually) arrives, I'll just be sending it back, especially things like the christmas coasters - who will want them if avon don't deliver them before Christmas? God knows who has been in charge of Avons stock levels this year, but they've done a terrible job, and it will end up costing Avon money as customers will just end up buying their gifts from elsewhere rather than waiting and hoping that they arrive. Still - things can only get better :rotfl:Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
i use the freeze dry occasionally - use it on the topmost coat you put on, it makes it touch dry almost immediately, but no matter what you do - nail varnish is never completely hard until about 24 hours later. The freeze dry just speeds up the initial process so it is touch dry quicker. Definately handy at times!Avon Sales Leader in North Kent Since July 20110

Can anyone tell me who my ASL is please? I have contacted the lady who signed me up about some territory problems but she seems a bit slow in getting back to me. My area is 244.
THanks

Indeed it is. Last year there were only 2 items outstanding on my C1 delivery against this years.
Will cop a £2.50 charge and place a small additional in a few days, hope I may be able to round up one or two of the OOS items:eek:Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

Unfortunately to change sl now you would need to leave for 8 clear campaigns before you could re-sign under someone else. If you send me a pm though with your postcode, I can find out who your area manager is and they will be able to help you - I assume you are wanting to take some streets on to help you sell more?Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0
