oh i see someone else wants to change sales leader. I'm having a nightmare. I was going to cancel within the 14 days cooking off period but have been informed if i come back straight away or within 6 campaigns i would be assigned my current sales leader even if I choose a different one. Urghhhhhhhh. On a brighter note, im excited to have many orders.

oh no. My sales leader has not communicated which territory ive taken over from my sister to the area manager. So you can guess the rest, a new rep has recanvassed one of my best streets !! Not happy. Cant get hold of my sales leader and she doesn't return calls.

ive gone to my area manager. I'm going to cancel and resignup with another team leader. If i cant do so in time, i shall use my sisters account. Not a happy bunny but luckily i dropped of and picked up my books first.

Sorry to hear about your problems re. territory. At this time of year more reps than usual are signing up so free streets are being allocated quickly. It's a shame your upline didn't understand the importance of making sure these were in your name (although they could have been very unlucky with the timing and the other rep was being allocated them just as you were signing up).

When it comes to using your sister's account I don't know if that will be odd from a tax/benefits/tax credits POV - because if it's all still in her name they'll think she's the one earning the money and spending the time on it.

ive got my territory back. I'm getting fedup tho. It seems all a big fat mess. Rubbish sales leaders, reps been allocated each others patches. Is all worth it? Am i just annoyed still? Fresh pair of eyes tomorrow. Anyway, im excited to buy a new laptop tomorrow so i can input my orders and digitise my customer records. I will keep my current rubbish sales leader seems the area manager at least seems helpful as it appears there's no easy way to change. If she hinders my future work, i will think again.

also, ive had three differing credit limits told to me. Urghhh

That's bad. Doesn't leave much hope for those that are later in mailplan. My C18 delivery is coming today, C1 due on 20th Dec. I will check invoice online as soon as I can to let people know if something not with order but really does let people down

To have a good ASM is key. There's a Gold PC rep on Connects with a SL who she saw once, but a great ASM. They're the only people who can sort out extra streets and territory problems anyway (unless the other rep just happens to be on your SL's team as well) - 2 of the biggest issues you can come across so as long as they deal with those well, you're fine.

The OOS situation seems a lot worse than last year - or maybe with time I've got a rose-tinted view of Winter 2011. But seriously, it does seem to be effecting a wider range of products.

Re the setting spray, it lackes clear direction of use on the bottle. is it to be used after 1 coat, or only after the 2 coats have been done?
I do the latter, but with a few mins natural drying time after 1 st coat, then 2ns, then the spray.

Hi - sorry never used it myself - but I think the problem is that, well, basically these sprays too quickly dry your nails don't work particularly well. So might it might be best to do the old-fashioned "shake your hands like a loon to make them dry a bit quicker" :rotfl:
