Thanks, L, and sorry peeps for giving wrong info. :o I've always thought it was invoiced price. Wonder why we get such 'nice round numbers then' (NOT!) such as £267.... LOL

Yeah it used to be invoiced price, but then they decided to change to brochure price, it works out at the same thing overall. But yeah, that's why there's random numbers now for limits. I guess the thinking is then we know were we are - no relying on working out %, reps can just add up their order totals and see how they are compared to their limit.

have a few OOS from sale book . Can anyone point me to facebook page where reps ask for help from others re oos. Never usually get substitutions for OOS and when I do they are stupid. This time getting a black lash serum mascara instead of brown/black and a liquid foundation instead of powder? Last time it was something really ridiculous wish i could remember what!

Hi another question from me. I got my order today and everything there so all good. Only problem is one of the bottles of bubble bath has split. Luckily only a little but enough to have leaked onto the box (again thankfully only the box). I will obviously need a replacement that will come next time, but do they want the leaking product back?

Think this may be what you're after. Which mascara did you want? (I gather the Anew Serum one is great - gave it to a customer to try and she loves it.)

I tend to put anything that's leaked into a plastic bag and return it that way. Pretty sure they'd like to see any leakage problems i.e. to establish if it's the top that's come off or it's been damaged during the packing process.

Yes we always need to return damaged items - no matter how much of a mess they are - otherwise avon can well end up assuming that we've said they're "damaged" when they aren't so that we can claim for an extra one, and keep it for ourselves. Plus as MC says, it helps them to work out if the damage is because the product needs changing, or if it's just how its packed/transported.

I'm loving the 5 for £5 offer in the back if c14...quite a few of my customers have only picked one or two items...so I've been able to get myself some bits for practically nothing :D
