    Always a fine line when customers want to return goods (luckily it doesn't happen often). As ever, it's your Avon business and within Avon's T&C's it's your decision as to how strict you are. Personally, I'd let the customer keep the additional goods they bought but am a softy. :rotfl: (One of my team members is very strict and insists everything is returned if they're not happy with part of an offer they purchased. :eek:)

    my current campaign was going ok and then I got an order for £110 :D

    edit - Also I have a customer asking for an Arabian Glow Eye Pencil which I can't find anywhere. She bought one a while ago but it hasn't been in any recent campaign brochures. Does anyone know if it is still available please? Thanks!

    How's everybody doing with C14? Mines not going so great......collecting my last books today so hopefully will pick up a few more orders there! :)

    C14 has been a good one, helped by a £50 order from someone who doesn't order regularly. C13 was low though. Don't worry, xmas around the corner!

    Don't know what shade you're after but in C14 clearance book there's a Gold Frost Arabian Glow Eyeliner.

  • Oh crikey, I've been worn down and just signed up as a sales leader. Was thinking about what we get when we sign up (as standard) and thinking about what I wish I had from the start. So, I was thinking...brochure bags, calling cards (not a huge amount of either, but enough to get by until first order/delivery)...any other suggestions?

    just a quickie, ive just started doing avon in the last few weeks. i put an order in the other week on c14, but after i clicked the send button i realised i should of put the order in on c13 additional order (was just extra books etc to get me started,) but now how on earth do i cancel this order for c14 so i can start adding all the items i need to buy? i havent paid yet for c13 as i dont know if they will send this c14 one out straight away, so confused!!!! thanks
  • Hi, Picked up a few more orders tonight :)

    I am trying to swap a snake treasure bracelet for a customer as some of the coating has come off but although I can find it in returns it does not come up when I search in replacements and it is more expensive in current brochure as there was an offer on..............do replacements not go back as far as credits? Should I just apply for a credit and pay the extra for a new one in order to keep the customer happy? :)

    I would email them, and explain that it is faulty. They should then be able to resolve it for you. I have recently discovered that in order to get what you need, you have to spell out what you want and why that is. Seems to achieve the required end result! I don't wait for them to suggest a method to resolve things, just suggest one and ask them to agree it :D
    Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???
