Unfortunately, you lose your commission on the sale.
You apply to Avon for credit to return the item but, obviously, they will only credit you with the amount you actually paid/were invoiced whereas you need to refund your customer with the full amount.
As posted earlier, best practice is to 'Submit' your credits to Avon and deduct the relevant nett amount from your A/c Balance Outstanding and then pay that amount (ideally prior to your next order deadline date otherwise your next order will be held).
Hope that helps.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Ordered a £50 Bumper Box and returned with next delivery.
Emailed Avon for advise as there is no paperwork with it and not listed on invoice. Advised that money had been credited back.
Have just seen that on my delivery invoice due tomorrow, £25 is listed as charged back to me as item not received.
Has anyone else had this happen with this box? I'm guessing I am best to ring Avon as there was no paperwork with this box and it never showed up anywhere on my invoices etc.
Thanks,
Pretty sure that the £50 Bargain Boxes are invoiced in two parts so the charge showing is your first instalment. (You've probably confused things by returning the item before it was actually invoiced.)
Hopefully you have documentation to prove that it was returned/collected?
In this case you'll need to keep a close eye on your a/c i.e. to make sure that - eventually - you are credited with the relevant amount. Don't just assume that what you are invoiced by Avon is correct - particularly in cases like this where you'll have deferred charges....

Oh sugar! Was rushing to get my order in before 10pm (and after a long day at work and then collecting from the streets) that I missed 1 order from a very good customer (3 mascaras for £10).
Is it possible to call in the morning and ask them to add it to the order at all?
I managed to get over £220 worth order so would be also getting 25% on the £10 order.0 -

Ring your helpline asap and see if it's possible to add to your order. If not, is your upliner near? (Chances are they will know if another member of your team is yet to input their order)
Am guessing that the mascaras are either SuperExtend or the Supershock Max, in which case the 3 for £10 is unbeatable but if by any chance they're Supercurlacious then it's worth thinking about placing an additional order for the Loyalty Pack (5 SC mascaras for £10 including 20 loyalty cards).
Incidentally, there's no need to 'rush' to hit the 10pm deadline....Take your time and input the following morning if it helps - it should not make any difference to your scheduled delivery date (or your entitlement to your SmartStart scheme freebies). Having said that, as I tell my team members, it's good practice to work to the day before your order deadline date i.e. the system shows if items are in stock, you get first bite of any clearance items and it takes the 'panic' out of meeting the deadline if 'life' happens.

No, it's supershack.
What's the loyalty pack? Never heard of it. Is fast track open 24hrs? I can't find the piece of paper with the info about fast track.
I appreciate it's best to work to the day before but I was on holidays for 9 days of this campain and had to squeeze as much as possible - also restricted by when my b/friend can come over in the evening and stay with my daughter when I go out to do the streets. This week he could only come tonight:(0 -

Details of the loyalty pack are in your HT - usually the page before Clearance (contents as my earlier post).
Sorry, not sure of your helpline/fastrack working hours (SLs have a different no.) but worth trying. Orders are prepared exceptionally quickly though so unless you can catch it within an hour or so then it's usually too late. Worth a shot though.
Well done for achieving such a high order even though you were on holiday and with everything else. Didn't mean it to sound like any sort of criticism - life happens. When I first started Avon I got myself into a right panic because I took the 10pm deadline as gospel.... it's not.... Everything in life is a balancing act.

Had to go to bed cos it was late and I was v tired.
Hopefully this customer would accept my apologies and agrees to the mascaras being re-ordered next campain. Is it a shorter campain? It'll be c18 for me so can back order from c17.
Good to know that the 10pm deadline is not rigid!
It's a learning curve - I also realised I could have ordered colour changing clock from gift brochure attached to c16 instead of c17 as it was cheaper there; could have saved the customer some £££ Anyway posting in case others miss it too.
And in c17 there is a free red gift bag if you orser 2 product from a wide range of pages (170-231) in my case 3 customers were eligible but haven't noticed - I suppose cos the info is not on every page. I spotted and ordered0 -
Ok found the loyalty packs - says it includes 20 customer loyalty cards - what are these?0

* You can't do any creative ordering
Hkitten could still do creative ordering by looking at the online brochure for C18 to compare prices (link on first page of this thread). So if anyone has ordered from brochure 17 she could look at the online brochure 18 to see if they can be bought cheaper/with a special offer.
And then in C1, again use the online C18 brochure to compare.
Of course, still not as many creative ordering opportunities as having orders from 2 brochures to look at. Even though I've got paper brochures in the house I always use the online ones to compare because the search box makes it quicker than flicking through the books.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Exactly what it says, cards for you to use to run your own loyalty scheme. They do come with a flyer with some suggestions but it's your Avon business and totally up to you how you organise your own loyalty scheme.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)
