Streets 1,2,3,4 I have canvassed each time and had customers from them all, the other 5,6,7,8 streets are the streets where "Irene" already owned. I emailed my sl on day 3 of being a rep and she emailed the asm with my requests and complaint about getting already used streets. I got a reply from the asm saying that there are no more streets to allocate that was it. Nothing else in the email , It was very abrupt . Since then I have had no more info or contact from them .
It disheartens me when I read about how nice some of you are. And how little help I have had.
I was allocated 125 house and with the 4 streets that I have 'lost' I am doing to about 75 houses. I do have a good f&f base. However I want to gain more streets .
Can anyone check of more streets near me are available , as I have 4 gateways of a housing estate that is made up of 10 streets. The postcode of my house is OL7 9QL
PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP, ? Xxx:D:money:
Unfortunately, SLs are not allowed to check for free territory (we can get locked out of one of our management tools if we do), however, I can tell you that you seem to be the only territory rep anywhere near your estate. There are four F&F reps just South of you and 5 territory reps to the West and North of you but you seem to be smack in the middle of an area where you're the only territory rep so you should be well placed. :T My guess is that the other reps nearby, who started before you have been given overgenerous areas and/or if there are lots of newly built houses near you they're not appearing on the system yet so are not actually available to be allocated. (Hope that makes sense.)

Hello Ladies,
I can tell you that being released from one team to go onto another is virtually impossible - I tried and tried and all I got was abrupt responses that the territory is being allocated by the address you live at and it is what it is. My ASM never responded to the problems I had at one of my streets where people reported 2 different reps so I abandoned that street altogether. When I called the area manager for where I wanted to be a rep I got a similar response - as far as she knows it can't be done. Then (probably to ensure I would not take this area anyway) she canvassed all around where I wanted to be with perfume samples, catalogues and the message she was looking for reps in that area!
I was thinking of having a party but I myself don't use make up so would have to buy a load of stuff - can I return them after the party? Has anyone done anything like that?
And if I order from sale part of HT can I return at all?
No orders from the nursery and children centre :-( a crappy month:-(
If you really want to join a different team and Avon won't help, there IS a way in certain circumstances - PM/email me (avochris@live.co.uk) and I'll gladly point you in the right direction. (Maybe I just have a devious mind :rotfl:but seems obvious to me; am surprised your ASM didn't know or maybe they preferred not to encourage it.... )
As for parties, yes, generally speaking everything (apart from one product that's not often in the books) is returnable under the 90 Day No Quibble Guarantee. Just get your timing right and deduct your returns from your a/c balance so you only pay the nett amount due to ensure you never pay for anything you don't have to.
TBH, returns are not encouraged as your upliner loses out but a lot of my customers have now come to expect that they can order a range of different colours/products to see which ones they actually like and want to buy. In my book my customers are more important than my upliner's earnings. (:o Sorry, shouldn't say that but it's true.)Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Sorry I must be a bit daft but don't understand how you do that. You mean deduct them straight after I received them and before I actually pay for them?
I only started and my customers are already saying to me - I'll order and see which one I like so must be that people got used to it.0 -
I'm trying to replace a product from c16 - the training bit doesn't load and so I tried to work out how to do it. It's asking for a product replacement code - do I put the same code? The customer wasn't happy with the smell and agreed to try another one, even though I think she will return as it's multistylo and she wanted it to smell nicely. I put code 63 for it.
Now need to also work out how to return.
Ignore, I think I've done it - got the confirmation number and have until 23/12 to return0 -
Managed to find the previous post with an explanation. And a link to returns form http://www.avon.uk.com/PRSuite/static/pdf/returns_form_2011.pdf
Do I need to type in the form and print it off or just print it off and fill in by hand would do? Do I put replacement and return in the same box?0 -

Don't get it, Whats the Unreturnable product? (Intrigued)0 -
And if I bought demo perfumes in c16 can I order them again? I love these perfumes and want to stock for myself at a cheap price. Is it one per order? Or is it that I'm not allowed to order the same demo product twice, even in two campains (I would be still back ordering from 16 so technically the same HT18)
