Not doing bad without her though. Lol
She's doing well out of me aswell. Tried to get some more area but have had no replys so just trying to make do with what I have. Contacted Avon direct and all that did was make her send me an email saying nothing more available.
If I wanted to do sl how would I do that without a direct link to my sign up. ???
Also can I not swap and have one of you nice ladies to mentor me ?!
In certain circumstances it is possible to swap teams but Avon only do it as a last resort. Unfortunately, am down in Devon so a bit too far away from you. Am more than happy to help in any way I can though but better to take it to email - avochris@live.co.uk
Well done you for managing without the help of your upliner. You're not on your own, unfortunately.
You managing to find any help on Avon Connects?
As for territory, try the canvassing route (particularly if you are considering going the SL route; SLs can door-knock anywhere for new reps and generally pick up new customers along the way.... ooops! :rotfl:)Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

I think i have read somewhere that you are allowed to leaflet drop at any house ? Is that true?
I have also had issues with territory . 3 of the streets I was originally given already had a rep who "owned them" already and phoned me to tell me so.
So that's another reason I wanted more territory.Now married !!!21/06/11 :T.

Just to say Magicbunn2106, Marsden Cuckoo is wonderful, she has helped me out so much, esp like you as I have been left to my own devices. My ASM has only contacted me when I wanted to give up area insisting I gave up all my customers on that area. And my SL has been completely crap, (except when she was trying to convince me to become an SL two camps in!) it's the one in my town who has been most supportive!Squirrelling away in September No 33It's not about the money, it's about financial freedom, being in control of it and living in the natural world and not a material world0

Reps can only leaflet their territory, as a sl we can leaflet anywhere - but- only to look for new reps, we can't be asking people to order from us.
Asms don't earn the same way as sl, a sl gets paid a commission based on your sales, asms get bonuses based on number of new reps mainly, their is targets for how well the area is doing as whole, but the main ones are how many new people start. Which is why on the whole it's better to join with a sl rather than an asm. Their are exceptions to both of course, some asm (like mine) are fab, and some sl are rubbish.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
Excellent advice! Many things can be learned in this theard !0

Hi girls I am looking for my own rep in the Cleckheaton area, West Yorkshire? Can anyone put me in touch? My address is WF15 6..
I used to be an avon rep a year ago but now I have totally run out of products! The Avon connects website is useless and keeps saying my account has been disabled.
PM me if you can help please!
I am actually one customer who will pay on time and leave out brochures hee hee.0 -

As Lozza has said, under Avon's T&C's reps are only allowed to canvass/leaflet drop on their own streets. There are, however, some 'less than perfect' SLs who don't manage/guide their team members as they should.
Any territory issues, ideally, should be sorted out by your upliner - or by their upliner if they're not being helpful. With the territory plus F&F policies there are always overlaps but just needs managing. Hope you've got the contact details of whoever it was, who phoned you to tell you they 'owned' your territory. If so, just email Avon via your 'Contact Us' section of your website and ask for help.
Another option for you would be to, again email Avon and ask to be released from your current territory and be issued with new territory.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Hi,
Know your part of the world quite well - keep trying to get a soon-to-be-relative up there to sign up as a rep but she keeps resisting! :rotfl:
Bit puzzled by your comment that your account on AC has been disabled?
When you go onto Avonshop.co.uk, doesn't it give you the facility to search for your local rep?
Sorry for all the questions, it's a learning curve for us at this end too....
Another thought - particularly as you've been a rep before - why not sign-up again as a Personal Rep i.e. one, who just looks after themselves and their immediate circle of friends/family to get their own goods free?Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Thanks, you're so sweet. As ever, happy to help if I can.
Hope things are going well for you now.
