Stick a barcode label on Box 1 and start filling it. Once it's full look at the returns form and cross off any items not in the box, or put 0 in the "quantity in box" column.
Then put another barcode label on Box 2 and put everything else in that. Print out another returns form and cross off any items not in box 2.
Never had to do this myself, but the returns are unpacked by humans so I can't see how the above method could confuse them too much.
If you haven't put the returns through online yet, fill 1 box then put those through as credits. Confirm the order. Then fill another box and put those through as a separate credit order.
Fantastic, thank you v much. Have already put them through so will do as you suggest.

kinda of topic her but is avon related. my step dad is struggling for ideas for xmas gift for ma mum. so i said do a hamper, lots of small thoughtfull things should go down well. he then says ok make ma a £100 hamper out of avon for her.
anyone have any suggestions what would make a good hamper. i can use books 17,18,1.
mum hardly wears make up, so (limited there) only has shower so bath stuff out. all the clothes i seen onlu go to a 20, would need 24 so limited that way.
was thinkin the candle set, (the orange one), a little makeup, some hand creams, will have a proper think later, if any one has anyrecomendations please let me know.
(this will actualy be one of his more thoughtful gifts to her lol)
To add to what others have already suggested:
* Christmas stocking + Footworks pack in HT18 (if that's still an option for you) - £11.30 for £30+ worth of goods
* Diamondesque jewellery
* Genics concentrate/treatment cream + the free Beauty Bonus Bag
* If you get either (or both) of the Wrap Your Own Gift Sets then you'll get the basket, cellophane + bow too
The ANew Primer is fabulous too so maybe that's a thought? And/or the work-out slippers?
Nice order, well done! :TMake the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

I am thinking of quitting. I have considered staying on for myself and ordering from HT but since the £2.50 delivery charge has been introduced for orders less than £10 it is probably not worth it.
I dont have a SL and have no contact with my AM even though I am in PC so have no one to ask. I want to know if anyone knows how to leave without incurring charges, rather then just keep receiving a book and having to pay 55p each camp when not ordering anything.(plus £2.50 for the priviledge of having it delivered?)
Also, what happens if someone wants to return something within the 90 day period once you have left?
thnaks
Why would you want to leave? Or to put it another way, why would you not want to continue having access to discounted goods with free delivery and free returns i.e. just for your own personal use and whichever of your friends/family you may like to offer Avon to?
As !!!!!! has already said, you'll only be sent a book (+ HT) when you place an order (it's returnable for credit under code 55); there's no requirement to place an order every campaign; if you have anything to return, then just place an order in the next campaign and your returns will be collected free of charge. It's a no-brainer really.... Am surprised everyone's not a Personal Rep! :rotfl:
PM me if you'd like me to call you to talk you through things. (In your position i.e. PC member, you have other advantages open to you too....)

Hi friends, offered 10% off next order to two people this month . Result= one of them ordered nothing! And the other £2.50, proves not everyone loves a bargain like me .
Got a hamper to run for next months book hopefully. Gain a few more orders in time for Xmas. XNow married !!!21/06/11 :T.

Just goes to show.... LOL Keep at it though, eventually they'll snap up your bargains i.e. when they realise they're not always offered.
On a similar note, the last time I offered a free gift for orders £10+ I had various customers ordering £10.05but then a few, who ordered £9-£9.50 Inverted snobbery perhaps? :rotfl:
To your skincare customers, make sure they know about the discounted rates available at the mo for the Lift & Firm and Derma-Full x 3 Serums as well as the Clinical Eyelift. :TMake the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Had the delivery from hell on friday. One box missing, driver didn't know why. Just said to phone carrier. They were either engaged or not being answered.
One small problem, I deliver to customers same day (I know it's a risk I take, but just want to get on with it!) . 16 customers had either no delivery or only part of one. Arggghhh!
Turned out the box had a major spillage - everything ruined, carrier returning it to avon. In the meantime I requested the whole lot to be replaced on the website as 'missing from box'. Just wanted to get ball rolling with getting stuff re-sent & getting it to customers.
Will have to re-deliver when it arrives. Was my biggest order of the year with a lot of xmas stuff.
Oh well, will all get sorted in the end.
Hope you're all doing well with xmas sales."Sometimes letting things go is an act of far greater power than defending or hanging on.”0 -
I thought we could pay Avon by credit card if it was over the phone? Just tried via fastrak and it only offers debit as well. Just had to pay for heating oil delivery so was hoping to be able to do it
Anyone got any advice? Also it's OH's card, will they take that from me?
Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -

Doesn't matter that it's not in your name, I always pay my bill using OH bank account where we pay all the avon pennies into.
It used to be that you could pay by credit card over the phone, presumably they've taken that option away now. You could try ringing customer services, getting to speak to someone, and see if they can accept credit card payments, it might be that you can get it "over ridden" - ie by default it won't take credit cards but they might still be able to if you get a human to do it.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
