And if I bought demo perfumes in c16 can I order them again? I love these perfumes and want to stock for myself at a cheap price. Is it one per order? Or is it that I'm not allowed to order the same demo product twice, even in two campains (I would be still back ordering from 16 so technically the same HT18)
    Thanks

You can order the same thing in the following campaign and back order... but you can't backorder from the clearance section.

Unfotunately as All across the country has different order & delivery dates, those dates won't be correct for everyone.

    Sorry-I wasn't aware of that.

Doesn't it tell you on your webpage-it always tells me how many days I have left until my order deadline.Top right of the page.

It is NOT a presiden't club - I just joined in (it's my 2nd campain) and can see it under special offer. Just go in as I explained as if you were placing and order and continue to HT and then special offers. It is there

Just get your timing right and deduct your returns from your a/c balance so you only pay the nett amount due to ensure you never pay for anything you don't have to.

Sorry I must be a bit daft but don't understand how you do that. You mean deduct them straight after I received them and before I actually pay for them?

I only started and my customers are already saying to me - I'll order and see which one I like so must be that people got used to it.

Sorry for confusing you. Don't worry, whoever signed you up should be coming back to make sure you know how to apply for credit re. returns and/or applying for replacements.

Basically, order whatever your customers would like to try, suggest they pay for the products but you'll come back next week and give them a refund for whatever they don't want to keep. (This stops them from ordering too much.) Chances are they'll keep the products but if they do give you some back, you refund them their money and then go onto your website to apply for credit for the item(s). Your website will add up the total credit due to you. I train my team to deduct that nett amount from the 'Account Balance' and just pay the balance. That way your Account Balance reverts to zero every campaign and it's easier to keep track on what you owe Avon.

You have 13 days to pay what you owe Avon so plenty of time to deliver your orders and action any credits for returns before your invoice is due for payment.

Hope that helps rather than confuses you more.

  • Don't get it, Whats the Unreturnable product? (Intrigued) :o

It's a white plastic box type thing with a metal 'hotspot' to help treat spots/acne. Comes in a sealed plastic wrapper and Avon stated that it's not returnable if the sealed wrapping is broken. (Sorry, never ordered one so can't remember it's exact name.)
