Pill wasn't that long ago - sometime in July. BMI is overweight, but a lot less than it was. About 28 I'd say. I did have a test in September, but I haven't gone back to the doc as I (as always!) just sort of hope things will happen. I'll set up an appointment next week to get results.

If you go to the Doc and get a negative on a day 21 test, will they prescribe Clomid quite quickly? Or do they make you wait. Bearing in mind I'm 35 there isn't an infinite amount of time.

Aww, I'm not thanking this nastily but to say sorry!! The good ladies on here will sort you out, I'm sure there is nothing to fear, probably our bodies just playing tricks on us... and they say worrying doesn't help - wish it did, I'm a pro at that!!!

oh and don't worry! I am more annoyed at myself for letting myself fall for the curse of google. No matter what you think or feel or hear, you can find something to encourage you or discourage you. I am more slightly amused by how easily I am led into worrying about random new things!

As you've been ttc for well over a year, or at least not using contraception for that long, id expect them to offer you something immediately. But it may be tests rather than clomid, and clomid may not be appropriate. Worth going and having the discussion certainly.

Having sent my CV out to a few places, I have just had a reply from a company who want me to come in saying that I sound ideal.

The job is a great opportunity however it would mean moving to Texas for 8-9 months. I know it is completely irrational but it sounds great and I am tempted to just up and leave for a while.

Of course I haven't got the job or discussed with OH but I can dream...

My wife is from Texas, we've lived there and that's where I will be this Xmas.

Mishka - I too was born in greenwich! Greenwich hospital?

Nicki Sorry about your plans. Tell you what - I'll come with you! :D:p

We saw the donor last night - but I can't help thinking this is all futile1 Once a month of trying like this - this is like winning the lottery, the odds are so against us.
