Ok I have something to talk about now but it's nowhere near TTC related.........
Last year I started a City & Guilds photography course which I've been convinced that I'd failed. Just got the results and not only did I pass but I also got a merit :j
Well done, I'm hoping to start an OU course next month and am getting very nervous incase I'm rubbish and can't do it!:o0 -
oooh well done fannyanna! How are you celebrating?
Are you on the list to receive Groupon and Kelkoo select offers? Only asking because they have had a rash of canvas prints/photobooks recently for pretty amazing prices.
My husband is a keen photographer and I got him 2 x A3 canvases for his birthday at £7.99 each. He's going to choose his favourite couple of shots from our last holiday.

Thanks Gemma, I love to hear good stories! I'm starting off with An Introduction to Health and Social Care, really looking forward to it, but a bit scared. I have been planning to do this since before we started TTC, and am determined to get on with it, every time I have thought about it before something has come up and put me off, but not this time!
Another quick q-the last few days my hair has been really really greasy, I've tried a couple of different shampoos, but it's not had any effect, it looks totally disgusting and I have a really big party to go to this weekend-any ideas please? Thanks x0 -
yay Fannyanna:T
Mrshappy have you tried dry shampoo? I sometimes use it to refresh between washes (my hair is very greasy too), my hair is fine too and the dry shampoo makes it seem thicker0 -

Try a shampoo with teatree in it - I used to work in a hairdresser as a student and we used Paul Mitchell tea-tree shampoo on greasy hair or hair with dandruff. Other people I know swear by using the batiste (I think that's how you spell it) dry spray in shampoo as it absorbs the oils.
Congratulations to fannyanna on getting the merit in your photography course. :T
Moon and I managed to DTD tonightso I'm hoping he'll be able to perform tomorrow too. I looked at the calendar and we've only successfully DTD every 4 days this cycle so far so I'm hoping that it'll be enough.
He was able to go through some more of his tax return stuff today, and I think that he is feeling a little less worried about it all now (fingers crossed).Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170 -
Thanks for the hair advice, I will have a rumage around and see if I have some of the spray shampoo, I think there is some lurking somewhere after I used post -surgery a couple of years ago, will also try tea tree, thanks. My hair looks and feels disgusting, yuk!
And of course I'm not SSing, but but when I googled greasy hair lots of pregnancy stuff came up..................;)0 -
I've had greasier hair than usual. Not that I'm encouraging ssing in anyway
