OH isn't so keen on baby #2 at the moment after visiting my sister with her second son just born and my sister really struggling with two (her DH works all the time and only had two days off after baby born!). OH is such a negative person

Anyway he hasn't completely said no to trying and as he's usually a pushover I'm just going to keep trying.

I've been thinking about 'poor quality sperm' and all the advice to BD at least every 10 days for optimum quality. Our once a month obviously doesn't fit this so if I did get pregnant would I be more likely to miscarry or have a poorly baby? Sorry, these are just the things I think about when up at 1am!

MrsHappy- that sounds good, are you planning on retraining in nursing? My sister has just finished her 1st year of being a student nurse and loves it. Hope it all goes well, hopefully your tutor will be fab, they are usually very supportive

Jenny- I can't answer your questions, but r u OK? My DH wobbled between Christmas and March and kept changing his mind which was very frustrating and upsetting so I know how you feel. Have you tried the not trying to not get pregnant approach so from his point of view it could take a while? You could then still pounce on him and maybe it wouldn't be at the forefront of his mind? Sorry not very good at advice.

Well my underarms are very sore today, looks like I am missing a layer of skin off of them due to an overenthusiastic waxing session yesterday! My God they are sore, will have to wear long sleeves tonight anyway now as they are bright red (I had hoped to get away with no/ short sleeves as out with some work friends tonight). Actually stopped my getting to sleep last night to- any suggestions for anything that might help? Seriously debating a bag of peas under each arm at the moment!

No rain here yet, hopefully will hold off for today, or at least most of it so we can enjoy a bit of the BH outside!

Gemma try sudocreme if you have any - it's really good for after waxing - obviously be careful to let it soak in a bit before you put clothing on top - I would be inclined to wear a vest top or similar during the day if you can to prevent anything rubbing on them. Also (I'm sure you won't do this anyway, but just in case) don't put any deodorant on for a few days.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Thanks, just now I work with vulnerable young families and parents as part of a public health team, I was a nursery nurse for years and have stacks of childcare/early years qualifications, I love my job, but don't fancy nursing or social work-my job just now is a mix of both which I really enjoy. I quite fancy getting into youth justice. what I like about OU is that I can start with this unit and pick the others as I go along-It will probably take me 10 years to get a degree, lol, but hey ho. I spend a lot of time with student nurses when they are on their community placements with us and love seeing my job through their eyes-especially if they are "nice girls" who haven't seen the harsher side of life!:)

    Good morning folks:wave:
No SSing:naughty: Greasy hair as pg symptom?:D

fannyanna, congrats on your photography pass with merit!:T
    Do you take photos professionally?
GemmaE, hugs for sore legs, but it'll be beautiful tomorrow:cool:
As for not panicking before a holiday, remember there's insurance for most eventualities (I assume you've taken one out?).
Mrs Happy, about greasy hair, have you tried not using conditioner?
Also good luck with your degree:)
sexymouse, glad you BDd fine, and taxes are going well:cool:
LegalBlonde, I don't know what Cha Cha is, but sounds exciting, good luck:)
    Skintchick, lol at your link:rotfl:
    They are so true:o
Secretdebts, hope your cycle will settle now:o
jennynoo, men change their minds about having a baby everyday, don't worry:o
As for old sperms, I don't think once a month will result in a mc. It's only a single best sperm that reaches the egg:) There will be a lot of dead ones in there, so the best one may have a hard time getting to the egg though:o
