  • Morning all,

    Official congrats this time Nicki!

Well my "I'm definitely ovulating today, so let's get it on" plan went a bit wrong! Tidied the house, made sirloin steak for tea, but he's been working so hard and is knackered.

He looked so sad (and a bit scared) when I made the moves! I felt a bit bad about it to be honest, but made him do it anyway.

So, I go to sleep thinking, well that's excellent, BD on ov day - woohoo!

Woke up this morning and my temp has gone down!! So, I guess I didn't ovulate yesterday

I don't think even my womanly wiles will work on him tonight..

So, can I kid myself that a night off will improve the quality of the swimmers? I don't want to dredge the depths for all the crap ones eh?

I think that the EPO might have delayed my OV - I read this morning that it can do that.

Ah well! Keep the PMA up!

    Have a fun day everyone,

EPO definitely seems to have delayed my OV divorcingjack - for the last couple of months, I've peaked on CBFM on CD14. This month it's been CD16. Talking of which, do I take an EPO today or stop now for this cycle?
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Don't put too much pressure on yourselves, I'm sure a night off will be ok if you need it. Dr's often tell people that BDing throughout the cycle every other day is the way to go anyway. Plus sperm can live for up to 6 days (how often have we heard that one :D) xx

Thanks for this sexymouse - I've read everything from it having no effect to one lady not having ov'd until CD115!!!:eek: That scared me a bit, I can tell you. 2 days I can cope with.

Does a peak on the CBFM mean you ovulated already? If so, then I think you should stop - but I don't know, don't listen to me in case it's the wrong thing ...

Cheers colli - I think having a night off sounds good. He said he doesn't want to know when the "special time" is, so I haven't told him. We've done it the past 4 nights, so that should be a good start.
