Ikkle. It's a chesty cough one you are looking for. There is more than one option with the right ingredient but they are all in the chesty cough range. Choose the one with the flavouring you like best, as some of them are foul. I use a menthol flavoured one (I think it might be benelyn but not completely sure as I've tried a few different ones)
thanks hun so a chesty cought one but without decongestant? Think i can manage that lol, i just got a bit bowled over by all the ingredients and wasn't sure what to get
do you know about the celcius or fahrenheit thing or is it unimportant? xYou never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Also, what cough mixture can I get from either Sainsbury's or Morrisons. I know what the ingredients are i am supposed to look for but I am still struggling to find the right one.
The key ingredient is Guaifenesin. This is the only stuff that loosens mucus without also working to dry it up at the same time. Robitussin has it in and I think there is a Benilyn too. I'll go back to lurking and cheering you ladies on from the side lines now x0 -
Mine is a Celsius one. I think either is fine though. If you use, or plan to use, fertility friend you can set it to record in either fahrenheit or Celsius I think. I only chose Celsius because I don't really get Fahrenheit!0

Meltus is another one that only has guaifenesin. The honey and lemon flavour one is not too disgusting. Straight robuttissin is vile. I use grapefruit juice (also vile) to take the taste of robuttissin away :rotfl:0 -
mrsj28, how was your birthday, and where is your reindeer?
Thanks QQ, I had a lovely birthday - had to work during the day but went out with DH for a really good meal at a posh restaurant last night (hence too much food/wine and no BD as a result...)
I'm not allowed to post with links as I'm a new userThe reindeers will have to wait until I'm classed a non-spammer!
Have a good evening everyone0 -

I've added you on the first page, which CD are you today?:)it will mean in the long term both us will be able to work and not need childcare.Trying to get the OH to book a sperm test at the doctors and its like pulling teeth. He had mumps as a toddler in 'that' area. He went for a Sperm test about 7 years ago and had a lower sperm count then, but would like him to go for another just to find out what's happening at the moment.0 -
