Unfortunately no caffeine (including chocolate), no alcohol, no processed food, v little meat/ poultry, lots of whole grains, fish and lots of fruit, veg and water. very nutritious but not very exciting either!

Its getting pregnant faster by Dr marilyn clenville, not sure if anyone else has read it. Got a few more coming from amazon, got them 2nd hand. Hoping they are for sale as they worked before!

Yay! I read this when I was trying to conceive DS2. We were told in November after a failed IUI that our only chance to conceive was ICSI and that the chance of success was less than 5%. After using the diet plan and vitamin suggestions in the book, we conceived in January and he was born that September. I still have it, but as we conceived naturally in August albeit that we lost it, I haven't started following it again yet, as the diet for our issues is quite restrictive. If we don't get a BFP this month though I will start us both in it immediately Christmas is over, as I'll then only have 3 months left of DH's time limit.

This is the 4th or 5th time I've had the flu jab, and the worst I have ever felt after it, I so don't have time to feel like this tonight!

I've just done a couple hours of studying, so my brain has melted, lol, what is it that you're doing Gemma? Sorry if you have already said, I can't retain anything just now!:o

To be honest thats why I would never bother getting a flu jab because every time someone I know has had one, which admittedly isnt many, but they always feel like theyve got a bad cold after - so I figure whats the point if the thing itself makes you ill! My Mum sometimes gets it as she as asthma but I dont think theres any point if you are 'normal.'

Oh I remember watching that show when it was on tv. You watch it and honestly wonder how anyone ever gets pregnant. Its like your body is made to kill sperm!

Im watching that food hospital thing now, will be interesting to see if it works for the PCOS

mmmm there must defintely be something about men that makes them suddenly very 'tired' when it comes to Bd'ing time. Oh has known all week that I am going to seduce (jump) him tonight. And suddenly ohhhh no he's really tired, well sorrrryyyy that he decided he was going to go and play pool tonight so I had to sit around at work waiting for him, so we couldn't have an earlier night together. grrrrr. I then managed to walk into the bedroom just as he was about to endulge into some extracurricular activities by himself. Fuming was not the word. He's the one that wants a baby as much as me, so why go and waste ...ahem.... certain necessaries. He went really red and tryed to cover up, saying he wasn't up to anything and he was saving himself for me.mmm. sorry for the tmi.
To make it worse while waiting for him at work, the vacuum cleaner managed to break into bits so I can't even do my cleaning job.
Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.
