Good morning:wave:
Found a massive bee in the kitchen this morning:shcoked:
Got it out in the end unharmed, but took a long time:o
Good luck 2ba3c:jI've found a lump on the back of one of our dogs this weekend, so I'm taking her to the vets at 9am. Dh really wants to be there, but he's working...he's freaking out about itShe's only about 6yo (she was a rescue dog), so she "should" have 5 ish years left in her...hope she's ok
Is this a positive? The quality of pics on my phone is not great as it looks a little darker in real life... this was how it looked last month too so am hoping its a definite +
Its weird though as I always get it this dark if i do the test in the morning, rather than the recommended time given on the instructions... perhaps I ov at a weird time of day.....trixietoes wrote: »Glad AF's here at last, my cycle has gone back to it's normal 28 days. Stress must shorten mine as I had loads of stress with travelling and trying to put my house in to auction to sell (which didn't happen) last month.
For some reasons I have loads of PMA for an early Nov conception and squeeze a little baby in by the end of July.
Well done for PMA:)0 -
Morning all,
I am feeling a lot better this morning, think I cried myself out yesterdayI'm going to get on and finish this painting - there is quite a lot to do but I'm going to get it finished this week as it needs to be done before we can put new carpets down.
It's my last week off before I go back to work and I'm already nervous about going back. I'm just worried that I'll have a day like yesterday while I'm at work.
Hope you are all having a lovely day.

Good morning ladies,
Fingers crossed that zippydog is ok and it is just a cyst or similar.
Happy BDing squirrel - definitley a positive OPK.
Hugs for Jules - was just thinking I hadn't "seen you" for a while. Hope that stepping away from the thread leads to a beanie.
Hope this is the one 2b.
Hugs for AF trixie but well done for the PMA.
Have a lovely holiday whattodonow.
Welcome studentmrs and aless and anyone else I've missed.
No real news here as in 2ww now. Only 10 days til AF due to visit.
Moon and I had a lovely time at the Christmas Fair yesterday. There were so many gorgeous kittens and cats waiting to be adopted (for those who missed my post yesterday and are confused, it was at a cat rescue centre), and I desperately wanted to take one home. We've decided that as they are desperate for volunteers, that Moon and I are going to go down to the centre on Christmas Day this year to help feed all of the animals (they rescue rabbits too). They did want people to help with cleaning, but I'll either be pregnant by then, or in the 2ww, so decided that the risk of toxoplasmosis wasn't worth taking.
Our lunch at the new restaurant was also amazing. We will definitely be going back there again in the future. We bought some proscuitto (for Moon), polenta and ricotta cheese from the deli afterwards too, so I'm going to try out some new recipes this week as it's half term. They had a really yummy looking polenta dish on River Cottage last week that I would like to recreate, and I'm going to make a spinach, ricotta and sweet potato bake which is an adaptation of a good food recipe.
Hugs for all who need or want them, and successful babydancing for those doing the dance at the moment.
sexymouse xx
ETA: Big hugs for you emsbet - cry all you want to, and if it happens at work, you've nothing to be ashamed of. You are grieving, and it is a natural reaction to what you've been through. Sorry you are still feeling low emsbet. After my first loss I broke down badly at work twice. The first time I went home as I was in too much of a state to work and the female partner I spoke to had also had a loss in the past and was sympathetic. The second time which was a few months later, one of my colleagues started to make arrangements for me to go home and spoke to a male partner, who "wasn't happy for me to be at home alone in such distress" so I had to stay in the office. At the time I was a city solicitor being charged out to clients at a rate in excess of £250 per hour and required to bill a minimum of 8 hours a day to clients, and I am quite sure none of the clients billed on that day got advice of a quality worth paying that kind of money for!
Your meals sound amazing sexymouse. I really like the sound of that spinach, ricotta and sweet potato bake, and I'm not even a vegetarian! If it works out well, please come back and post the recipe! Yum
As for me, I managed to convince myself over the course of yesterday that I was pregnant again, due to sore breasts and feeling sick, and just generally like I often do in early pregnancy. I woke up at 3.30 am desparate for a wee, and decided that this did count as FMU, so was very disappointed to get another BFNAF is due on Wednesday, but I also have a spa day booked for Wednesday and today is the last day to cancel it without losing the entire cost of it. If I am out for the month, then it would be nice to be able to go and be pampered and try to relax, but if AF hasn't come by Wednesday morning and I am still BFN I will be really conflicted as to whether I should go ahead with it. It doesn't specifically say it isnt suitable in pregnancy, but one of the elements is a hot stone massage which I assume would not be a good idea. The day was a Christmas present from OH last Christmas and needs to be used before this Christmas so don't have long left to rebook if that's what I need to do.

Thanks Nicki. I'm just going to see how I get on, can't stay off forever.
((hugs)) for BFN.
With regards to the hot stone massage. If you don't know on wednesday whether or not you're pg can you not just ask them to leave out the hot stone element and just ask them to do a regular massage? The hot stones only serve to heat the muscles to allow for a deeper massage.

Nicki I would give the spa a call - let them know that there is a chance you may be pregnant, and are there any contraindications for this treatment during pregnancy. They may be able to change the treatment for one of a similar value if it isn't advisable during pregnancy. When I went for a massage during the summer, it was one of the first questions the therapist asked me, as it affected the products she could use. I told her there was a chance I was, so she only used products suitable in pregnancy. If they are any good at their job, they should know the answer.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170
