Thanks everyone.....mishka, its ladies like you lot who made me post on this thread, you're all wonderful

QQ, I'd been constipated for around a month, plus lower back pain for the same time....and thats it! Nothing else! Put a little bit of weight on my belly but thats where my weight goes when I put it on and as I'd just got back off of honeymoon, I just put it down to eating too much and no cardio for 2 weeks! Still in total, total, shock. Throwing my best friend a baby shower later so will be a bit weird!

Maybe Nicki, I hadn't thought of that.....I had my last period on honeymoon 25/9-30/9, all normal......and didnt get ANY OV symptoms and only neg OPKS......maybe I could've just missed it?

Morning all,

HPT is now negative. The medical management of the mc definitely speeded the process of decreasing my hormone levels. So I'm physically back to "normal". Which is good news.

I've just weighed myself and I've put on 12lbs since my first mc at the beginning of June :eek: I'm two pounds lighter than when I was weighed by the midwife two weeks before my mc with Alex, so most of my weight gain is flab- no wonder nothing fits! I really need to shift this weight but have zero motivation - having a cold isn't helping

Sorry I've been on a bit of a downer since yesterday. We're off to see Micky Flanegan tomorrow so that should help my mood

Anyway I just wanted to say hi - I really missed posting here and finding out how you were all getting on so hopefully you'll have me back - even though its probably a wee while before we can actually try again.

I don't know how I missed this post!

Vit B's should be Vit B complex, but no need to take it with Soy.
Also, you only take soy for 5 days, so it's before ov so shouldn't have much effect to the baby?

Anyway, it could all be old wives tale:o

OH I forgot to ask, QQ - Does it matter what CD days you take it then? It just has to be before ovulation?

Oh, I just decided to pee on an OPK (CBFM was high this morning) and it looks positive to me!
