Pot8o- I take Agnus Castus. It's 400mg from Holland and Barrett. I take two capsules in the evening when I take my folic acid and B6. The bottle says to take two, twice daily but that feels like a lot so I just take the two. I believe you should stop taking it once you ov as the bottle says it's not recommended for pg women. As always this isn't medical advice just what I do ;)

I like to try something different every month too. Last month it was 3 things lol. SMEP, Vit B and the primrose oil. Am upping the primrose this month and following SMEP more strictly! Last month we missed cd 12 and added in cd 15 instead of doing it on 16 lol. Better research the agnus and the soy incase I need them later on down the line. The spotting was less last month so hoping that this month it might only be a day or 2 or even stop altogether.

HUGE Congrats to Scarly and MrsBryan, wishing you both healthy pregnancies.

I think my elusive peak MIGHT be finally on its way! I have TONS, literally more than I have ever seen of CM, the one that stretches between the fingers. That's egg white, fertile mucas - right?!

I am also going to try Soy next month. DW doesnt want to mess any more with nature than we have to (I mean, we're shooting sperm out of a syringe for gawds sake!) - are you supposed to take soy with Vit B6?

So you take 80mg a day, from CD3 to 7, inclusive? Is that right?

But then again, when I google it - I read frightening stuff like "Some studies even suggest early exposure to soy and/or isoflavones like those found in soy-based infant formulas may have long-term effects on reproduction" - that was just one of many :/

Two BFPs in a day. Fantastic news!

Love that it's shared so quickly on here.

Vit B's should be Vit B complex, but no need to take it with Soy.
Also, you only take soy for 5 days, so it's before ov so shouldn't have much effect to the baby?

Anyway, it could all be old wives tale:o
Hope you catch the eggy this cycle and there's no need to take anything:)

    :j congratulations mrs bryan!! :j :D

Lemonmelon  bl00dy hell! Are you feeling as "up" as you sound? It must've been a helluva shock...?! Glad it's sorted though, and you should start to feel much better. Glad they didn't need to do anything to your womb, and the remaining ovary will work it's magic once you're all healed up, I'm sure :)

    to everyone else

    Cd20 for me.

Still high on CBFM. Think it's safe to assume no peak for me.

As its only month one, hope that I peak next month.

Night out last night with 3 friend without kids (although a couple have step kids/ adults). Conversation got round to making the decision not to have kids and why people thought you unusual. Also talked about people over 40 starting with kids and how difficult it would be. I didn't comment on most of it as I don't want to share that we are TTC - other than with forum friends!
