Also another question... when you are in your 2WW do you watch what you eat re don't eat things like pate, soft cheese etc and stay away from medication? I took 2 paracetamol last night for a headache (1 DPO) but the thought of not doing it just in case never crossed my mind until today. I'm sure everything will be ok if I did get a BFP it just got me wondering what everyone else does.

Soft cheese is ok to eat when pg it's only goats cheese (and then only the kind with the rind) camembert, mould ripened cheese (blue cheeses) etc and then most of them are ok to eat if you heat them (although I'm steering clear just in case).
Paracetemol is also ok to take on occasion when pg.
I would steer clear of pate as extra vit a in it but that's only because I don't know how long it stays in your system ;)
TBH if you eat something that you shouldn't at this stage any beanie should be fine as it will be taking it's nutrition from the yolk sac and not you

    xx

I hadn't really thought about the food, I tend not to drink, but I don't drink much anyway. As for medication, I avoid it if possible-this weekend I have been loaded with the cold, had a thumping headache and toothache, I was in Boots yesterday and couldn't find anything for the cold that was okay to take if pregnant, so limited myself to 2 paracetamol whenI was going to bed, just in case. Hubby did think I was taking it a bit too far though! I have no idea what the official guidelines are, I just feel better about not taking any chances x

Well, all done at scan .. and as I have suspected all along... Pcos. It's funny, even though I don't display the usual symtoms I just knew! I burst into tears though.

So now what?! Do I keep trying? Is there medication?
:( I'm know I'm late replying, but sorry to hear that 2b. It might not feel like it right now, but it's good that you have had peak(s) on the CBFM and that your cycles don't seem to be going beyond 35days. Yes, keep trying! Yes, there are medication options, but only if your doctor thinks it's necessary. But remember that many women have PCOS and aren't aware of it, and still get pregnant :)

Sexymouse I hop your MIL recovers swiftly

    Can't remember anything else :o
