Hi sorry if tmi, i have just been thinking about my ovulation and one two occasions this month when i have done a number two, there has been discharge there, i didn't examine it, that would be too yucky for me due to it not been at front, if you know what i mean, but it seemed stretchy, also on the second time, there was egg white discharge when i wiped at front too. Could this have been ovulation and ff is not picking it up.

Also i had the same on the last cycle, i did think it was strange.

Can I ask a question? Don't think we've covered it before...! How old are your OHs? Just me being nosey!
My DH is 30, 3.5 years older than me.
Mine's quite a bit older than me (and I'm not telling you how old I am:p)

Emsbet that is just awful news, I'm so sorry this happened and I can only hope you and your OH can be of some comfort to one another.

Thank you so much for all the congrats, made me well up for about the tenth time today!

Yes Laura I did use the conceiveplus thank you :D Tactic this month was 3 pronged, conceive plus, multi-vit for DH, and the way of the bunny - aiming for DTD every 8 hours but never leaving it more than 12 hours so there were always fresh supplies waiting for the egg.

Thanks BB1984, I'm not planning to go anywhere for a bit if no one minds, it doesn't seem real yet, and I know its still very, very early days. Not really feeling its real yet still, I guess maybe when I see the midwife the first time and she says 'yep, you're pregnant' it might seem more real. Am I allowed to SS now since a few people have asked?!

If so then yes, I did think things were different this cycle. I had very strong AF pains since 7DPO (which lead me to think DH had misread a temp and I was 9 DPO as they usually start 2 days before AF) but they just stayed strong and quite sharp. No breast changes, but nausea if I go more than a few hours without eating (not uncommon on a normal cycle though) but also a lot of thirst. Biggest sign to me though was that my CM since 7DPO wasn't the usual clear, creamy or slightly lemony coloured, but more like skin colour with occassional tiny flecks of blood in but not heavy enough to even call spotting. (Shh, I also tested at 9DPO too and thought I could see a faint line but maybe was just evap or dust, even today it's pretty faint and I wouldn't be certain if not for the digi - don't tell QQ I tested at 9DPO though :D)

My DH is 25; a whole 18 months younger than me but my granny always said you can't go wrong with a toyboy (she was 3 years older than my grandad)

Love your comment on our photo Rebekah, you're such a flatterer! We were so lucky, the heather is only purple for about a week a year, and we happened to hit the right week. So we stopped the car and got out for photos, while the bridesmaids and groomsmen and DH dad and my parents all had a proper mug of tea from the van parked in the car park. We got some lovely pics just of us all stood around up there with these big mugs of tea while dressed up to the nines.
  • Oooh, get me - my first multi quote, hope it works!!!

Are you trying clomid this cycle?

We've decided not to this month - gonna give it one more cycle...conceive plus, pregnacare conception vits (his and hers), dtd every day (or maybe every other) and no booze for dh....we'll see:o

Hugs honey. Do you have a period party planned?

No!! Feel like I should though. Although, I'm doing some baking tomorrow which will cheer me up (won't do my waistline any good) - its for a Macmillan coffee morning I'm helping at.

All the wedding pics are lovley - you all look beautiful. I loved getting married (6years ago this month) - the time has flown. I'm nervous of posting pics incase anyone I know sees them (only my Mum and best mate know our siutaion - I'd die if anyone I know read anything on here!!). BTW, my OH is 5.5years older than me - he's 36 next month.

Hope everyone has a lovely weekend xxx

You know SS is terrible really, because even if you have no symptoms then you start thinking 'Well maybe Im just one of those people who have no symptoms...maybe Im one of those people who have AF all through their pregnancy...maybe Im one of those people who have their baby on the loo when theyre 9 months gone because they had no idea because they even put on any weight or anything and now theyre on the telly talking about it!' :rotfl:

Don't get me started - I just went to delete my '2 days till testing' ticker on another forum and I saw a thread on Irish twins.. I thought, whats that, better look, DH is Irish. Apparently Irish twins are babies born within a year of one another, however what the ladies were actually talking about was when you're pregnant but still ovulate and conceive another baby, so end up with babies due at different times! This sounds like a medical anomaly to me, but apparently it is possible if you still have periods during pregnancy, as it means you're still ovulating. My legs involuntarily crossed when I read it.

Perhaps I should aim for 19th October at 14DPO then?

My OH is 12 years younger than me. But he is "the one."

Big age gap that just does not exist. OH is very old headed in comparison to me.
Can you tell that I find it uncomfortable with being the older one in the relationship. :)
