• Women aged 25-29 who had never had children had some impairment of fertility after discontinuing oral contraceptives but the effect was relatively short-lived.
• Women aged 30-35 who had never had children had the longest delay in conceiving after discontinuing oral contraceptives but there was no evidence that the pill caused permanent sterility.
• It is these that scare me ... nurse just rang ... and she said that I need to go in for swaps after period is gone. To make sure there are no bacterias that might be causing the bleeding. And then go to gp for results and what to do after. So I guess my bloods will be next after that ...

Just taken my 1st pill ... How do you take the evening primrose oil it mentions 3-6 capsules?! Do you take at certain times through month/with food?/any other things to be aware of. It's a gel capsule not taken any of those before.

Rebekah I take one capsule EPO with food along with my mulitvitamin once a day (as per bottle instructions) from CD1 up to OV.

Thank you poppet. Does it upset your stomach or anything? Guess if its with food this shouldn't happen. Hoping it will really help with sore breasts also as I really suffer with this after ov. Going to get preseed any way incase it doesn't increase my cm. I'm quite excited by all this! My pma is well and truely back.
