    What does ewmb mean?
EWCM? It's egg white cervical mucous (ie egg white like cervical mucous). It is considered to be the best cm for the swimmers to reach the egg. If you have that, you are in the fertile window (few days to a day before ovulation):)

Yes, we talk about yucky stuff here every day:p

Morning ladies thanks for the lovely welcome!

@colli I know 3 months isn't long at all! It seems everyone around me is having babies at the moment: either by accident or within one month of trying! It's strange how some people must just be so fertile! I'm a bit confused by all the charting. Might gets some ovulation sticks. Have been using online ovulation calculators but not sure how accurate they are...

Thanks QQ I'll take a look at what I need to tell you and let you know

tell me about it :D. Just remember when it takes people a bit longer they tend to keep quiet about it ;). Only a few very close friends know I'm ttc, when I do catch the eggy I'm sure a lot of people will be surprised (I'm a bit "career girl") and probably assume it was an accident :D

Massive congrats Pistachio! :j:jThanks for helping to continue our healthy run of BFP's this month :D

I'm so sorry Sara-ra-ra-ra. My mc was due to a blighted ovum too :(. It sucks :( feel free to pm me with any questions you'd rather not post here xx

ETA the offer to any advice I can give re mc is open to anyone who wants it. xx

    Huge congrats Pistachio, H & H 9 months x

For those who were on the pill (although I'd imagine it applies to most hormonal contraceptives in a similar way) FF gave me this article this morning, which is a reassuring read.

CD10, -OPKs, hoping to OV on Saturday as that would be CD13, same as the last two cycles because it would be reassuring to finally be in a stable pattern.

If time is an issue I would be happy to start off the TTC fitness/diet thread with a suitably ambiguous name.

    Just a quick question ladies:o
Today I am CD25, since having implant removed I have had a 26 day cycle and a 24 day cycle, so AF due anytime, it normally starts with a bit of spotting the evening before
Is it "normal" for me have spent most of this evening up and down like a yoyo to the bathroom to have a wipe and check? or am I losing the plot??????:D
I really do have better things to do with my time!

hello cycle buddy :D Just noticed we're the same cd and dpo.

Don't know if it's normal or not but that's what I'm doing :rotfl:
  • I waited because I really though I was pre-menstrual, I felt very tired, achey boobs and crampy, so SS wouldn't have really helped! Still hasn't sunk in, now got lots of new things to worry about :)

Being a stats geek now. Found this on babycenter.com

    • 30 percent get pregnant the first cycle (about one month)
    • 59 percent get pregnant within three cycles (about three months)
    • 80 percent get pregnant within six cycles (about six months)
    • 85 percent get pregnant within 12 cycles (about one year)
    • 91 percent get pregnant within 36 cycles (about three years)
    • 93 to 95 percent get pregnant within 48 cycles (about four years)
I may be turning into a one woman mission to convince myself and anyone who wants to listen that its okay not to fall in the first few cycles, everyone works in different ways. This is my 6th cycle now but realistically this is only my 3rd where my hormones have seemed in any way balanced since coming off implanon, the first 3 had short luteals and very random OV times. Being less stressy about it as time goes on, helps me stay sane although DH is worried I'm going to loose my marbles and seems to think I'll loose my marbles if it doesn't happen soon to the extent he's starting hiding any fiction books with babies in them. I laughed at him as it really isn't getting to me at the moment, everything happens for a reason is a mantra of mine, and maybe the reason isn't clear (or maybe God is telling us to sort out our damned finances!).

Soooo - my temps were still up this morning. I feel like I am playing TTC bingo, one more temp thats either the same or above and I will have ovulate.

Except, my throat was sore when I woke up and my glands feel tender and my nose is stuffy, so its probably this causing the rise in temp, right?
