re. giving birth - the best advice someone once gave me me is "They don't give you a medal for doing it naturally, you know"
So I'm all about the drugs!!!!Baby 2b born March 2013! :j:j:j0 -
Congrats legal blonde!!!
So if my negative OPKs yesterday really meant positive! Then I HAVE to bd tonight!! Forgot to bring my OPKs to work so don't know what's happening now lol. In readiness after reading QQs response to me this morning I thought it would be a great idea to wear my new basque to work so I could jump hubby as soon as I got home......
..... Not a good idea! It's poking into my hips and bulging out where it shouldn't be! Sat at work trying not to itch and grimacing every time it pokes me!
Re QQs advice - I've had the two strong days of opk lines but my cm ... Tmi... Is not egg white, it's still creamy & not stretchy. Confused!!Prov1 £3392 - Aqua £1136 Vanquis £1500, HM £21, Barclays £680 Payday Loans - £1000 Mother - £770
Total debt exc mortgage - [STRIKE]£11857[/STRIKE]] £10092.37 . :wall: Savings Pot - £22.50.0 -

Ive so far had an 11 day cycle (definitely not ovulated on that one) and I think this is my first "proper" cycle - albeit a very long one. Hang on in there and just be warned the opks are very addictive, but exciting to that things are working when you use them.
That sounds like a good plan
Can see myself using them a lot but I'll have to try and restrict myself! Glas your cycles are getting back to normal. Really hope mine do soon as feel like at least then I'll be able to hope to have a baby rather than hoping to OV

Just popping into say bye as I am off to Turkey for a week tomorrow morning so won't get another chance to come on here for a while. I hope there will be some more BFP's by the time I get back. And I hope those who are feeling down will be feeling better soon. Positive vibes to you all.
Oh, and divorcingjack I had a look at your photos - they're fab!0 -
Just wanted to say massive hugs to all those in need of them - Rebekah, tinkwings, 2ab3c and anyone else :grouphug::grouphug::grouphug: - thinking of you all and hoping you feel better soon xxx
QQ and Seymouse - thanks loads for advice...I think it was slightly wishful thinking on my behalf!
Oh and LegalBlonde........WOO HOO!!! Many many congratulations on your BFP, I wish you a very happy and healthy pregnancy :T:T:Txxx
My issue of the day is that I can't stop wanting to tell people we are TTC...the woman on the till in Tescos nearly got the news...though luckily I was able to retain a dignified silence when passing senior management in the corridor!

Happy hols Elelyn!
Triangle - I made the mistake of getting too excited and telling everyone (under strict instruction from DW to tell nobody) and then had to tell them not to tell my DW that they knew and it all got super confusing about who knew what - and now people dont stop asking about it!!Baby 2b born March 2013! :j:j:j0 -
Well that was a huge mistake!
Came home and did a test, which was negative. I know I've done it early and not at the right time of day, but get the feeling AF is coming later this week, so felt disappointed.
Literally 15 minutes later SIL rings DH and he says 'congratulations!' Yes, she's expecting her second baby. Great news, but I just felt gutted.
And someone at work chose to tell me she's expecting her second baby today too.
The words sods law come to mind...
Sitting here with a big lump in my throat and trying not to cry. Meeting my mum and MIL for lunch later in the week and I just know that subject is going to come up now, and don't know how I'm going to not get upset. DH is out at footie tonight, so was wondering about going round to my mum's and telling her that we are trying etc. Can't do any harm to have some extra support can it?
Sorry to be on a downer ladies.0
