Welcome to B-girlHope your stay here is short and sweet, in the nicest possible way
Not much going on here, just wanted to pop in and say helloAm 8 DPO and trying not to think too much about testing early - it's not really working though TBH. Please tell me the 2ww's get easier as time goes on, although I think I probably already know they don't :rotfl:
Had a lovely weekend doing absolutely nothing, now on countdown to Friday
Just a quick Q, not that I am planning to ofc, but when technically is the earliest I can test? Am still hoping to wait until Sunday but if the curiosity gets the better of me, I don't want to be wasting money on tests that have no chance of telling me anything
SBDTA :A
I'm 8 DPO too, so feel exactly the same! I somehow think i'm out this month as OH was ill so we didnt DTD enough but you never know - its not over till it's over.
Was going to wait to test until Sunday but if I have no spotting on Saturday I may test then as I normally spot for a day before full flow...
we can SS together?!0 -

LOL got halfway through typing a reply and my boss came and stood behind me so had to quit explorer - can't have him seeing title of this thread :rotfl:
It's nice to have someone at the same stage (so to speak) as me, have a feeling I am going to be a wreck this week
My main AF symptom is grumpinessso OH is on watch this week for any changes in my temperament
I have been trying not to SS in fear of getting the wagging finger but it's so hard not too :rotfl: It's our first month trying so we both nervous - it's been 6 1/2 years since DS was born0 -

thankfully noone can really see my desk unless they stand next to me and noone does that very often so i'm pretty safe.
I was majorly grumpy on Sunday after church and then got all tearful and said to OH, I'm sorry it's not me it's my hormones.
We're too early to SS TBH, as implantation would be happening any time from yesterday onwards so its very very early. All i'll say is try relax, remember that a watched pot never boils and look forward to the weekend, we either get a BFP or a slab of chocolate, either way its something to look forward to it!
I came off pill in July so still very early days for us too, is my #1 though. Try spend the week with your child making a fuss of them cus once your new baby is here you will have less time to dedicate to them0 -
We have been trying to work out how DS will handle no longer being the only child (if/when we get BFP) - he's fairly independent but very 'territorial' when it comes to his mum. For example, this weekend me and OH were having a cuddle on the sofa watching TV and he came over and tried to separate us - no idea how he will cope with another baby around :rotfl:
I work in a very small company so no hiding for me0 -
Hi
I am usually on here every day catching up if not posting but I have been away since Thursday so have alot to read back and catch up on.
Just wanted to post first.
As I might have mentioned I was going away from Thursday - Sunday this weekend and AF was due Thurs or Fri.
So I tested Thursday as I just wanted to know either way really and was fully ready for AF to come and go and start with a fresh slate really really BDing on right dates this month
.................so................
Used an Amazon stick Thursday morning, it wasn't even what I would call a TLP it was the faintest faintest line........
.........so..................
I walked all the way to ASDA and got a Clearblue digital so there was no doubt whatsover..........this was about 11am my OH at work.....walked back from ASDA..........
..................Pregnant 1-2 :j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j
I was over the moon but tried not to think about it too much until OH was home etc he was so happy
Then I was going away, all preplanned and booked without himFound it quite hard and told my friends the antibiotics tale, some may have suspected but luckily a girl there had drank on antibiotics before and felt dog rough so no one tried to pressure me.
Before I went I booked a Doc Appt for this morn, went this morn waiting for ages finally saw someone, total waste of time they said I need appt with midwife in surgery, probably my fault for not saying on the phone what it was :rotfl: but they didn't even say take your folic acid or give me any leaflets or anything. Next MW appt is next Wed:(
So when I got home just to get the assurance I was hoping for at the docs, I took another amazon test and it is definitely BFP:T
Thank you soooooooooo much everyone for all your help on here but there is no way this is a goodbye post. It really doesn't feel real yet only me, OH and useless Doc know :rotfl: I have just had so many relatives lately with problems etc I don't want to tell anyone too early but it is gonna be tough to keep it quiet. Today is actually the first day it really feels real.
Thanks again for everything
PS I did get net access briefly on Sat and really wanted to come on and tell you all, I have been thinking about you, but I was so paranoid the next person to go on might click back and see the message as typed by me if you know what I mean, so silly!Debt Free Wannabe by 1 January 2016

Jovi, we have the same thing to think about - DS has just turned 4 and loves being the centre of attention - but I've been thinking, he may well be happier to actually have a sibling to play with!Baby 2b born March 2013! :j:j:j0 -
