Can I be changed to 1 dpo pretty please.
After making my hubby BD like mad I ov later then expected, but think we still got a couple of "goes" in right time frame, so fingers crossed.
COMP - you are being a fantastic friend, hope it all goes "ok" for your friend and you don't find it too upsetting either.0 -
Hugs for CD1 tinks
QQ – DH is sore and tired but otherwise doing ok, thank you for asking. We should get the results through in the next 2 weeks.
Amus – all the best for you new job
Hugs Atton, you seem to be having a tough time at the moment
Flee – I hope your back feels better soon
We are having a chilled out weekend. We have 2 pet rabbits and when I was feeding them on Thursday morning I got my hand in the wrong place at the wrong time and ended up with a skin wound from a tooth!! I got a tetanus booster yesterday and have spent most of this afternoon sleeping which is apparently one of the possible side effects
Can I ask a couple of questions to the more knowledgable? I am using the clearblue ovulation sticks this month and decided to test about 8am each morning before I leave for work as its the only time of the day I can be sure to be in the house each day. I think I have heard you lovely ladies saying that first morning wee isn't good for ovulation testing, is this right? It says in the instructions that any time is ok. The only downside is now I am off on holiday I am not sure I want to be up at 8am every morning, would there be any harm in moving this to say 9am from now?0 -

DB - i think most people agree that FMU is a bad time for ov testing. I seem to remember QQ saying she used to test in the evening amd I used to anywhere between 3pm and 9pm.
I never got a positive test in the morning.
To be honest, I would ignore what the test kit says about doing it at the same time every day. I can only assume they do that to make sure you don't miss the surge...although some people would miss it anyway if they only tested once every 24hrs.
Hope that's of some help
Did anyone watch Mo? I love that man! I hope his twins are running the long distance races in 20 years14th October 201020th October 20113rd December 20130 -
Atton-have you thought about studying with OU? Although assessments have to be submitted by specific dates it is a really flexible way of studying. I work full time, have a family and care for my mum and gran and am studying with the OU and have found it manageable fitting studying in around my other commitments. I'm only doing one module at a time so it will take longer to complete my degree, but I am really enjoying it.0
