Tinkwings, most women TTCing will feel like that when they see PG women. You will be there soon, the envy of many a TTCing woman lol.

Just a bit of advice not ssing.
I worked out that I may have OV'ed a week later, because I started back on my pill on the 12th August after a break of 2 months but only took it for 5 days before deciding to come off for good. Me and OH had a change of plan with baby making. So I realistically had a period for 11 days.
Hard to work out what my DPO is :(

And my AF is being weird. Thursday bright red spotting when I wiped in morning, very slight spotting seen later but dark old blood. Friday no spotting in morning, and dark old spotting in evening. Today is very very slight spotting which is dark. Worse month for me to date.

Tinkwings Absolutely not - I agree with fannyanna, it makes you human.

2TTB3 - many many congratulation xx

    AND After some advice......
Well I got my peak on the CBFM today, one day after a high. Had a funny feeling that would happen. Unfortunately, our donor is away and can only do tomorrow but I think its going to be too late. I tested on OPKS, two yesterday one just now and it loosk like its a good positive, so ovulation now/immiment? I think tomorrow afternoon/evening is going to be too late... what are your thoughts?

(I'm also trying to weigh it all up because we pay for the hotel etc each month/expenses for the donor - so if its going to be a waste of time, would rather save the ££s til next month - and PRAY that it's not the time DW is away on business!!)

    You lot have been chatty:shocked:
Morning everyone, my af came yesterday afternoon, it is heavy. Its day two now for me, my temp was still up today through, which i don't understand, thought it would have dropped.

The temp does not necessarily drop right away, though it usually does:o

Well, I'm now on CD27 and still no +ve on OPK :( However I did have some ewcm yesterday and my temp has jumped this morning...but I did take it later than usual so doesn't really count. BD'd yesterday morning but not since, better DTD at some point today just in case I have ov'd or am about to!

Ovulation can be up to 36 hours after a +OPK, mine is certainly 24-36 hours afterwards, if you could see him in the morning I'd give it a shot.

ETA: Another one on a new healthy eating kick here, trying to get a bit healthier for an uneventful eventual pg (mum was in hospital 5 months with me, I dont want a repeat). Using MyFitnessPal in the hope that food logging and group support will get me there. Is anyone else on it?

So if my temp has dipped tomorrow morning (or does it peak) does that mean ovulation has occurred and so not worth it?

I don't seem to understand the basics of it, even though I have googled it. I always thought it was best the sperm was in there before ovulation because they take 6 hours plus to reach the eggy.

Kaemi Thank you for your advice... I'm not on it that wesite- but someone posted here a while back about some diet - I forget what it was called (it was a book) and I have ordered it, and am excited to get onto it! I wonder if we should have a separate TTC and get healthy thread?!
