I'm going to try and hold out until Wednesday to test unless AF arrives before then, must try and forget about it if I can... yeah right

I hate to add fuel to the SS fire, but I have cold-type symptoms at the moment, it isn;t a cold either. So it could be a symptom.

Asda do a pack of 3 for £1.50 so it's the same per test as Poundland, and they seem to be very sensitive although if you test early you get a very faint line rather than a dark one.

SMEP implemented last night . Tonight and tomorrow should be go as well if following the plan, then a night off. I do wonder though whether I am actually ovuating. I got my smiley face and I do have a lot of CM (helped by the robuttissin Im sure) but its not what I would describe as EWCM. Not stretchy at all in fact. Anyway nothing to lose but my sanity by giving it my all.

I didn;t have much EWCM either, and it came for a day, went away then came back, so I was never sure when/if I was Oving BUT I still got a BFP, so keep at it!

I couldn't get to test at work, always typically someone around but i got to poundland today and have just tested and a second line came up straight away so i dipped my last digi too and in about a minute is came up 'pregnant 1-2'!!

I'm in total shock!! 18 months of trying and what with the 'not pregnant' on Sat one day after AF due I thought I was out!!

Squ1rrel5, some get a gradual surge, but some only get a LH spike on the day of the surge. I usually start getting darker lines on the day of the surge:o

QQ, no SIL still hasn't found out a reason why she can't get pg. She's 38 so it might have something to do with her age.
One doctor basically said to them, there's nothing wrong with either of them they're just 'not compatable'......if they had different partners it probably wouldn't be a problem! Which is really what they needed to hear
She went for a after care check up this week and they said that the embryo's that were put back were perfect, so she feels like its her body thats rejecting them and she feels worse for hearing that! They can try again in a month but need to save up the £7000 first.....:o so might be longer than that......
Must be so frustrating for you too. This thread is amazing for support and advice though xx

Only 5DPO for me and not feeling anything which is good otherwise I'd be SS-ing I know it! xx

I'm totally in shock, i always longed for this day but didn't think of what i would do if it came!!

Squ1rrel i didn't get any lines on OPK this month which was a big part of why i was so convinced i wasn't pg, they were duds i think but for many months i was convinced i wasn't ov'ing as no lines!! Keep at em!!

I didn't think about changing my name Skint Chick, i think i might keep it so as not to tempt fate!! I have another user name on here but didn't want anyone recognising me from real life!!

Thanks MrsBryan, you were right about poundland - it was very quick!! Hope your Sister in Law is ok, doctors can be so needlessly cruel because they don't think about feelings and things!! Hope she gets some good luck soon!!

Ah QQ thank you so much for all your help and support, I just know that its going to be good news for you soon!! Thank you for my announcent!! I never thought i'd get one of those!! I haven't told OH yet, am totally in shock, going to keep it to me for a little while til it sinks in, well and you guys of course!! I'm good at lurking on this tread and won't be going anywhere but there again!!
