    Ninth Anniversary Combo Breaker
Huge hugs Abis. I am so sorry for what you are going through.
For our first anniversary I'm getting hubby tickets to one of the bands we love, plus one of their songs was the song for our first dance, so they mean a lot to us. We also saw them the night we first discussed getting married.

OH has just nicked my chocolate. Someone needs to explain to him that you don't take a woman's chocolate away especially when they are hormonal and it's cd1!
Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.

I'm with you there - once DH ate my Cadbury's Fruit & Nut (one of those massive bars..) which he knew I had bought specifically because I was hormonal. He did apologise and bought me a replacement bar....

...WHICH HE THEN PROCEEDED TO ALSO EAT WHEN I WENT OUT!!

They just don't get it, do they?

    Big ((hugs)) for CD1

Abis - I got DH tickets to a gig for our 1st anniversary. What about making him a paper voucher yourself for anything you like - a nice meal out, a massage, etc?

Hope you have a lovely first anniversary whatever you do! :)

Abis - OH and I eventually agreed a £10 limit because otherwise you can end up going stupid. I got him, and don't laugh, a street road map of our local area as that is where he delivers his post and he didn't know the area at the time. I wrote a silly sentimental note in there too, but OH is a hoarder so doesn't ever chuck things anyway. It fit in really nicely with the 'paper' theme of 1st anniversarys too. I think I got him some other small token bits (he loves walnut whips) too.

So all in all, nothing fancy on the outside but practical and useful and he liked it.

I'm really sorry if this is tmi, but I have had very loose bowels the last 2 days and I'm wondering if that's where my cramps have come from. I've had bl00dy loads of creamy cloudy cm the last 2 days too. Yuk. Anyway, 9 DPO tomorrow - longest LP yet if I make it!

An OPK is only positive when both lines are the same colour, or the 'test' line is darker than the 'control' line. If the second line is only faint, it's not positive.

If you want to post a picture of the test we might be able to advise.

Atton afaik an opk isnt positive unless the test line is as dark as or darker than the control line. Sorry.

abis - I'm still wondering what to do for our first anniversary. DH has known since we got married what he's getting me.

Got myself some chocolate cupcakes and was feeling much better. Then I got a massive cramp in my stomach that felt like an AF cramp - it went right down my right leg and then I got a stabbing pain in the area of my left ovary. It's gone now, but was really weird.

I got 2 tlps today. On internet cheapies. The last time I got a tlp was back in February. I got loads of them and they never turned into a bfp. I just skipped a cycle and ovulated when I would have expected to the next month. I still had the wee from the ics so I did a frer and that was properly negative. I believe the frer because that's never lied to me :(:(
