Hello ladies, 8DPO here and I'm trying to keep busy and not think about next week, no symptoms to spot so that makes it a little easier :-)
Also trying to not be to irrational with OH, I got in a tiz the other night because he ate a piece of cheese I was saving -how embarrassing to be a crazy lady about a price of cheese! :-/
I think when I'm pregnant for real I'll keep the whole thing off FB, not sure those ladies realise how much they are upsetting other people with their announcements, grumbles and pictures.

Becca and birdie so jealous of Disney, I'd love to go, maybe the Paris one would be affordable :-)
Fannyanna its good to see you again, hope your friend is not too difficult, nobody would judge you for not spending too much time with her if things are too hard for you, if she's a real friend she'll understand. Hope you have a lovely time though

Squirrel good luck for your appointment tomorrow

Lily that is absolutely awful, so sorry people are such idiots

Niknok brown is usually old blood, could be the beginning of af? Its quite normal to get ewcm right before af. Hope you get to stop wondering soon

Can somebody recommend something good to watch on telly with absolutely no preggo story lines?

You ladies are a bad Omen. I just had an almighty facebook argument with a scrubber 'friend' of mine (who is 30 weeks) after she made a comment about me being bitter, jealous and resentful. Apparently I need to stop dwelling on my daughters death and shut up because I 'keep banging on about it'.

    Angry is not the word.

    :eek::eek::eek:

    I have no words!

Hi amus, I'm so sorry for your loss (((hugs)))

for me I felt after both my mcs it would be too sad not to try again, if I manage to get a baby to take home in my arms it will feel like they were lost for a reason, a purpose rather than just sadness. I'm not sure if that makes sense outside my head though.

Thinking of you, don't rush yourself

    Sorry I havnt introduced myself!

    Hello

I have just suffered a miscarriage at 9 weeks and have been advised it is OK to start trying as soon as I feel up to it, which will hopefully not be too long.

I dont know how I feel about trying so soon after though, almost like it would be disrespectful to the baby I've lost.

sorry to hear of your loss and i think trying again depends how you feel about your loss. my DH sees it as your children are in a heavenlike place waiting to come to you and sometimes they try and don't make it (mc) but that's ok because they'll keep trying to get to you and one day you'll have them in your arms. so if you believed that then you should try straight away to give them chance to try to come to you again :)

Personally my loss really messed me up headwise and until i'd had counselling, although i was desperate for another baby, the thought of another pregnancy would bring me close to a panic attack. so we didn't really try until i'd had my counselling. so maybe it depends on how robust and strong you're feeling.

A lot of people refer to their forever baby as a rainbow baby, as they'll never forget the storm but the rainbow makes the world beautiful again and like lemonmelon would be too sad without trying again, looking to the future gives them hope.

This is my roundabout way of saying do what feels right to you. if there was one piece of advice i could give to any couple who've had a loss it would be to never put pressure on yourself to feel a certain way. there's no one or 'right' way of dealing with this. take care of yourself, take it day by day and do what feels right in your heart x x

Urgh what a nasty person Lily! Block her!

Slightly jealous of your $150 gift card Becca! We're not going at a time when they're throwing in any extras. But we're saving a lot by going in November so I suppose we can't complain too much! The Royal Pacific looks lovely, think for one night there isn't much difference in price so we're sticking to the Hard Rock. OH was up for getting a cheap hotel nearby but I sold it to him with the promise of early entry to Harry Potter world! :)

Welcome Amus, sorry for your loss :(
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

I've never heard anyone mention this before. I think that's a lovely way of looking at things. Although I'm sure it takes a while before you can come to that view.

No one has the right to say that to a mother whos lost a child
You need to block and ignore she is in the wrong

Had to remove myself off fb as certain people have been saying stuff to me about a problem thats reared its head. Saying that im scum and a user when im nothing of the sort.

If your not suffering no one wants to know on fb. I think fb is used too much for the wrong reasons.

People who complain about pregnancies and babies clearly didnt have to fight and got pregnant cause some guy sneezed in a club round them and thats them up the duff. Then they complain thete fat when yhete cookin the bean n then when they drop it they drop it off at grandmas and go on a wrekend bender to make up for the 9 months they werent allowed to drink n yet they still did. N they also smoke while cooking there bean

Dont harm the most precious thing there is that you have been granted so easily. But if you pass comment your a b*tch yet there allowed to shove there comments in ur face and if you dont agree your evil n not a friend. When really its cause im a friend that im mentioning to you quietly not publicly over fb grrrr
