Lilymay, I can't believe what that 'woman' said to you on fb. I would get rid of fb if it wasn't the tool I use for keeping in touch with my closest mates, sad I know but I have a horrific phone phobia. So much so that one of my friend's laughed at me the other day as we spoke on the phone for the first time in over 15 years!
As for calling a child that, wow. I know I like natural but alternative names but that is taking it a bit far.

Amus, try again when you feel ready. I personally don't ever think there will be a perfect time, but it should be when it feels right for you, and you alone. Everyone is different. We started 'trying' (well NTNP) straight away after we lost our baby. In highsight, it was wrong for me, I didn't give myself time to mourn. But that was me, I was just trying to replace what I had lost, rather than trying for a new individual life.

AF will be arriving soon. Never thought I would be willing it to arrive. Sorry for being so glum recently, having a month of not ttc was more stressful than if we were trying. At least ttc gave something to look forward to even if it was a bfn.

£2 a stick!!! Thats why I dont use clearblue. You can get a whole wodge of opks for the same price!

16 dpo ovulation for me and a BFN but no af either! Wish it would hurry up so we can start next cycle! Body can ne so cruel- has tricked me all week into thinking I was going to get a BFP but not to be!

Hows everyone else doing? We are off to a christening this weekend of a baby concieved using a condom! Argh!!

Still no AF here. Not tested for 4 days, maybe I should do a clear blue...

personally i'd always recommend it. i wasn't sure it would do me any good but i got in the room for my first session and burst out crying and didn't stop for the whole hour it made me realise how much i'd put pressure on myself to feel better, like i said to myself i should be over it by the time i went back to work a week later :cool:
and it made me realise that i hadn't really accepted it as something that had happened to me, that it was something that was part of my story, you know? i was trying to get over it so much i hadn't processed it x x

I hope you can get some counselling sorted Abis, I'm sure it'll help you. I'm amazed at how quickly some of you ladies get back to work, don't think I'd cope SIL had 6 weeks off with her MC, she's very lucky to have compassionate managers how insisted she stayed off until she felt ready to come back.

No sign of AF yet, it usually arrives at 10DPO but who knows?! I'll see what happens and test on Tuesday if it doesn't turn up. Not too hopeful as I'm not sure we got the timing right but fingers crossed!

Supposed to be going to a BBQ tomorrow night but I hope it'll be rained off (and not just moved indoors) as I really can't be bothered! OH's been working 12 days straight and he's exhausted bless him, just want to curl up on the sofa with comfort food and movies all weekend!

Niknok I do prefer the digital tests - at least you get a straight answer rather than straining eyes and making yourself believe there is a line when there isn't! Give it a go!

Just some advice needed - when should I start ov tests this month? I'm on day 9 now.

17 days until Disney honeymoon now! We booked when the free dining plan and $150 gift card offer was on. Going to save us quite a bit of money I think. Topped up our Travelex card and brought travel insurance, hotel booked for night before not much left to do!

Thank you lilymay ,vesper and becca. I done another clear blue this morning with FMU and BFN. I wish AF would just make an appearance now so we can crack on with a new month.
I'll see what happens over the weekend and like you advise maybe do another test mon/tues if af still hasn't arrived.
