((hugs)) t2d - thats why ive stopped poas-ing until at least the day before AF is due. I was getting mighty fed up of the blank tests too! It does help take your mind off it - in fact the best thing to do is prob just to wait for AF and take your cue from there..

Hmm Ive been thinking about lunaception but am I right in thinking its only really useful if you dont always ovulate, or ovulate late in the cycle??

So I had my first acupuncture appt today -very interesting experience! For some reason the needles in my right foot were really painful, the ones she stuck in my ovaries may as well have not been there! What does that say I wonder? SHould have asked.

One interesting thing she did say was that my body temps are generally quite low, and it may be that that may affect my ability to conceive.. i usually only reach 35.9-36.4 pre ovulation..

Am feeling low on energy now, supposedly thats an effect of acupuncture so it must be doing something!

My temps drop to around 35.7 before ov! Although since using the eyemask they have been higher this time 36.0 was the lowest. So I guess you could try it for that, if not for ov purposes?

lilymay my post ov temps are something like 36.5 too, though 36.2 is really low - are you around 2-3 DPO? I get this too, its called a fallback rise apparently, before it goes back up to normal post ov temps. Still, we both have quite low temps it seems - have u got any known thyroid problems? Low temps are a sign apparently - i wouldnt be surprised, Ive put on 2 stone over the last year and a half - I used to be skinny waaahhh :(

About EWCM, I generally dry up after ov, might get watery but thats it. Might it be 'leftovers' from BD as someone else put it before! :rotfl:

I have low temps but I have a fast metabolism. I guess its different for everyone.

No I defintely don't have an eye mask QQ, will have to get hubbie to replace mine. I've only been on a plane twice once to Belfast and once to Italy. I haven't ever been on what I call a proper holiday either, meaning 1-2 weeks away abroad.

Another one that gets snappy at OV here aswell. Always have done.

Hope everyone has a great weekend, I'm working all weekend again. Thought I had no work at all this weekend, but find out there's a cricket game and a football game. Boo.

Oooo I would love to go to Ritz. We tried to organise going to london incorperating the Ritz for my friend's hen party, but she has decided that she wants her mum to organise it instead. May hint a lot for our one year anniversary or something. Afraid to say hubbies idea of romance is a chinese takeaway at home.

Lilymay hide the xbox lead. My hubbie isn't a games console sort but is terrible for his laptop for playing Championship Manager. I just hide the lead or disk.

You should make sure you book a hol before any future baby arrives- good excuse!

I love booking holidays, it keeps me going at work! And my next one is in Oct, so if Im not preg by then its something to look forward to.

And then you will get your eyemask too as an added benefit :rotfl:

yay for the Olympic tickets tinks. Hubbie wanted to go but hasn't managed to get tickets. Fraid it's not my kind of thing, but I would have loved to go and see the Paraolympics discus, as a lad that trains down the playing field we run is competing in it hopefully. Would have been wonderful to go and see him, as he's such a lovely lad and we've got to know him really well.

I must start not being jelious of my friend's giving birth. I've managed to completely distance myself from my hubbies cousin as she's pregnant and I feel so horrible for feeling this way, as we get on like sisters. Another of my friend's went into slow labor last night, cue me having a melt down. I hate feeling this way.
Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.

 Nessie. I was on depo before ttc.

 everyone else too. Sorry I've been missing in action again. The day after I came back I had some blood tests return which meant that the doctor has put me back on doxycycline (not good for ttc ladies) & also informed me that if I had fallen pregnant in the last 9 months it would have probably led to a miscarriage anyway
Just waiting for an all clear blood test now :(

    Morning ladies,

Had another chat with OH this week about honeymoon times and it looks like we might aim for a late deal at the end of June. He asked if I was going to be broken (his term for AF *rolls eyes*) though, so I replied but I don't get that at all now and he said yeah but if the thingy (aka implant) is out then you might. So then we talked about when to take it out and start BD. I think he might like the idea of a honeymoon baby - if we got that lucky! :)

Ladies - can OH and I stop BD'ing now? I'm getting a bit fed up!

I mean, it's far too late in my cycle to OV right, and it looks like I did 4 days ago so there is no point anymore. Yes?
