Just wanted to say hi. Felling really low today and I shouldn't as my niece was born today. But I've been TTC since 10/2010 with 1 mc last July and since then nothing.
Reading about other women experiences though helps me not to feel so alone. Good luck to everyone0 -
Hi Quaver! I still use bnb, mostly for the parenting journal section. Do you still go on there? x I'm CD20 today, 11 days until I test x
Edit: didn't see your other bit d'oh. He's fine, driving me mental at the minute!Wife and mother :jGrocery budget

I'm sure this will be nothing compared to the costs of further treatment if we decide to go down that route, but still a shock.:rotfl::rotfl:I've told him I want him to jizz into a resealable cup so i can do a DIY job when I'm in my hotel room :rotfl::rotfl:Just wanted to say hi. I've been TTC since June 2009 with one mc. I haven't got a niece or a nephew, but my younger sister is marrying soon, so if she gets pg, it'll hit me hard at the same time as being happy for her:o0 -

Oh yes still wanting to throttle him!! Hope you and your OH are ok
Well here's my d'oh moment. The day after dtd I had some blood on my pad (I have to wear them now, I've become a bit incontinent and have been referred to gynaecology as pelvic floor exercises haven't helped). I thought whoopee implantation!!
And then I realised that implantation doesn't happen the day after and that I have an ectropion (sensitive) cervixgot all excited too :rotfl:

Claire16c Yourhubby sounds rather romantic - that's a lovely thing to have done. You're not really Kate Middleton are you? Wasn't her anniversary this weekend ;-)
Can't help Lilymay I'm afraid. I know it has been mentioned on this thread before but I can't think what the reply was.
I went for reflexology last night - Amazing - I've just had the best night sleep ever. For the first 10 minutes I was thinking well this is a bit boring and not achieving anything. 50 minutes later I woke up very relaxed and refreshed. She said she could pick up on my neck and shoulders, could tell I'd had a tooth taken out (I hadn't told her) and that I was probably coming up to AF ( I hadn't told her that either). She said she worked on the stress in my shoulders and linked it to my ovaries. I'm was quite sceptical before I went, thought it would be more for relaxation but I'm begining to think there's something in it. She recommends you go around ov to her so I'm going back in May. She's treating 4 other ladies ttc so hopefully she'll have some success!
What's everyone up to this weekend? It's lovely here today.
Haha nope - our wedding was 10 days before theirs - I was pleased about that - couldnt have them stealing my thunder on my big day :rotfl:
Although she does come from the same area as me so I occasionally come across someone who has met her family through their business. I actually almost applied for a job there this year as its in my line of work, but ended up finding a different one instead. That would have been funny having her Mum as your boss!
Wow that sounds strange that she worked out all that stuff! What exactly does she do - like apply pressure to certain areas of your feet?0 -
Spermies can't last for more than an hour outside our bodies:p
In that case, he will have to perform at about 5am on Thursday morning before I leave, and then about 8pm Friday night when I come back
I've been having a look at some other people's charts on fertilityfriend.com and Im struggling to understand whats supposed to have to your temp before and after ov.
Will there be a marked increase after I have ov'ed? and my temp should stay high if i get pg?14th October 201020th October 20113rd December 20130 -
Hugs Vesper. I feel like a bit of a phoney on this thread when I see how long some of you have been TTC
I heard on the news today about a couple who were wrongly accused of murdering their 4 month old baby. They had their second child later on that year and apparently the little girl was taken from the mother in the delivery room. So sad
I heard about that too. Theyve now got the child back.
Reminded me of when another child had some kind of rare illness and they thought the parents had given the child salt poisoning deliberately. Having your child die and then go to jail wrongly for it must be one of the worst possible things to happen to someone
Atleast theyve both been proven right now.0 -

Your temp should increase after ov. FF will then mark in ov for you. Your temp might also decrease just before ov - which can be a good warning if youre not using opks, or theyre not working for you.
If you get pg, you might possibly get a triphasic chart - so basically the temps go up again, so youd have like 3 levels of temps on your chart - pre ov, after ov, and pg.
But this might not happen. If you look at the charts on there, lots of people get pg and they dont have a triphasic chart.
However if your temp starts to drop towards the coverline at say 9/10/11dpo, then it could be a clue that AF is coming.0 -

It was like a very gentle foot massage. Weirdly, when she did certain movements I could feel a massive tingling relaxation feeling on the right side of the back of my head. Apparently its quite close to my pituiary gland and thats what she told me later she was working on.0
