    Hello ladies :)

I had a BFP this morning . I'm in complete shock, my first pregnancy took 7 months and my second 5 so to concieve again two months after my last mc has knocked me for six :o.

No symptoms at all, don't know if that's good or bad. Going:j to try and get an early scan (not unreasonable I think considering I've had two missed mc) but will pay for one if the GP won't refer me.

Hoping it's third time lucky for me:o and I will of course stalk you guys and hope you all get your bfp's very soon.

PS OH doesn't know yet so please don't tell anyone :rotfl:
    :j:j:j :T :T :T Yay! CONGRATULATIONS COLLI!! :D :j:j:j
This one is your sticky sticky bean, I'm sure. fingersx.gif
I'm so happy for you! I've been keeping my eye out for this ;):D

P.s. QQ, I don't think it's the BFP alert that needs whiting out - it's the Daily Sticky list! ;) The edit on the Sticky list can appear before the persons post. The BFP announcement doesn't :)

Congrats Colli - hope this one is sticky! Good Luck as well QQ, you totally deserve it (as does everyone but i think you all know what I mean!) :p

Nikki as a relative newbie, I think you phrased your post very well. For my tuppence worth I don't think this thread is about the popular people at all (infact I am touched by how much effort some posters go to to mention others) but obviously those who have been around a while OR post more will have extra to say to each other.

However, I need to get a GRIP!!! Had my MC 28h Feb, OVed 2 weeks later. Then thought that was wrong and I OVed 5 days after that. Had a VERY VERY light period 2 weeks after 1st suspected OV which lasted a couple of days so 99% sure was not an implantation bleed. Done 3 tests, all BFN.
BUT... despite all this evidence, can't help thinking what if I am?!? I *could* have OVed 5 days later, I *could* be one of those who takes a while to show up on tests (I wasn't last time:rotfl:) Logically I know I am not PG, but... I am fairly sure I am not done with the testing yet but trying to hold off so I only have to do 1 more. Do other people test after they have had AF?!?

At what point will I realise I am not PG? Indeed, when will my heart catch up with my head :o

Hugs welshgirl. I have put on a bit of weight recently and this morning realised I'd gone up 2 sizes in jeans since my miscarriage in September. And my first thought was that maybe they had got things wrong, and I was nearly full term with that bean :o. This is despite BFNs every month since, and also earlier today. I think you always keep that glimmer of hope that you may be until you actually finally get a BFP in your hand and KNOW that you are. Which hopefully for you will be very soon.

    Hi everyone,

Well, good news is that they offered me the job. They were so impressed, they're actually creating a new post closer to my home so I am literally over the moon.

Only problem is us TTC. The board mentioned something about a previous applicant who left because she found out she was pregnant part way through the process. I know it would make things very very VERY awkward if I take this job then fall pregnant in the next, oh I don't know, 5 years. :/

OH and I have a lot of thinking to do :(

Welshgirl, Im still convinced there's a chance each cycle even a few days after AF. I don't think there's anything too crazy about it, it's like rechecking your lottery numbers :)

Just had to share my OH's comment earlier... We!rewarching arrested development where the gay cops say they mixed their sperm for insemination so wouldn't be able to tell who was the actual father...DH goes 'do you think that if you get two lots of sperm in a pot they'll fight, like butting heads' and then he demonstrated.

I could swear that boy is actually clever x x

Haha Teamlowe. Though I am sure that I read somewhere that if a woman was unfaithful to her partner around the time of ovulation, but also slept with her partner at that time, that the resulting baby would be much more likely to be the partners than the one off fling's, irrespective of who had the stronger sperm count, because the partner's sperm would compete to outdo the invader's.

Will see if I can find a reference to this. It was years ago I read it!

OK - not quite the article I was thinking of, but this one is quite fun and bears out your OH's theory :D

    Hello,

Colli :j:j:j Congratulation!!!When are you going to tell your husband :D?

    BigBird Welcome!

Tattoo I try to use the loo before BD. If we BD before sleep, I will just stay like that all night and if it's during the day, I try to lay down for 15-30 minutes. Next cycle I will put my feet up as QQ suggested .

    So now on cd3
My AF this month is bright red not had this before and seems heavier than normal.
    Is that normal???? :o
    Hoping it's a good sign. :o
Is it heavier than normal? I had a bright red period and not long after that I found out I was pregnant but m/c, as you know :(. Don't want to get your hopes high but...if you have a tiny IC test laying around, just use it (QQ don't be mad at me, I'm just a little bit paranoia about this...).

Fannyanna Hugs! I need to start eating less and lose some weight but I need to wait now as I'm almost in the 2ww and don't want to do any harm. If AF comes this month I will start exercising 4 times a week + take care of my diet as at the moment I :EasterBun [STRIKE]devour[/STRIKE] eat chocolate every day :(. It all started last month when I m/c, perhaps that's my way to be grieve (?)

QQ: I'm glad your egg collection went OK.
Could you change my date, please I think I OV today as I had a negativ OPK today so 0DPO for me (I hope :D).

Also could you add my m/c on the first page, please. I finally started to admit to myself that it happened. I had a long chat with my parents this weekend and told them about it. It was hard but at the same time so eliberating.

Thanks for posting your OPK tests. It makes sense now. Next time I will test both in the morning and evening.

We BD yesterday and today so hopefully that's the end of it. Last time it wasn't so hard as this time .The mother of all EWCM confused me and that's why we've BD so much in such a short time :D. I can't believe I had sooo much EWCM and so many days :D (last cycle I had a small amount of EWCM and just for 2 days). It must have been because of Mr T syrup so I will keep that on my TTC list.

Dead seahorse? Where do I find one? Ebay? OH, I just found one on eBay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/real-dried-seahorse-brooch-/320878229164?pt=UK_Collectables_AnimalCollectables_SM&hash=item4ab5d536ac. Is it hard like a stone?

welshgirl78 I will have to test after I have had my AF, just to be sure :(

I need to relax so I can [STRIKE]lay my egg(s)[/STRIKE] OV this evening:rotfl:.
