Another one wishing your MIL good luck for today QQ :)

Think this will be CD1, tiny bit of fresh spotting first thing and the onset of cramps. :( It's also the exact same length cycle as last time, I am NOT COOL with having 48 day cycles!

Sorry to see you go bigzippy.

    Happy belated birthday Aida.

Well, tested with fmu today. First test was scored with evaporation lines (yay, I have wee that ruins internet cheapies) so had to get another and wouldn't you know, more evaps. As I couldn't see anything clearly being a line, i'm going to have to say BFN. I'm devastated in the way I haven't been in other months, hyper emotional anyway (I teared up watching a documentary about a wrestler and then again at work for no reason) and I have to phone to get the results of my blood tests today and those will be negative too. I'm a really ugly crier to so everyone will know.

Super tired today too. should be at work already but still in my pyjamas. Not good.

Hugs Birdie for cd1 and for long cycles it must be do frustrating, if it is cd1 can you treat yourself to something nice.

Codemonkey - hugs for evap lines and bfn, some months it does hit you harder than others particularly when SS gets your hopes up. Don't beat yourself up for taking it hard, you are entitled to feel the way you do. I would suggest not using Internet cheapies anymore as evap lines just cause more concern than a clear result either way. Take it easy on yourself today hun.

IC's are horrid. I am going to resolve to never buy any again! I keep thinking if I turn it towards the light I can see a line, but I know it's my brain playing tricks on me :(

    ((codemonkey - hugs)))

I've been meaning to ask a question. The fertility specialist we saw at London's leading fertility clinic, told me that taking your BBT was completely unreliable.

I'm not entirely sure I believe him on this (or want to). Has anybody else heard this - Nicki in particular, - I'm hoping you have something scientific to throw my way or you've heard differently from a consultant you've seen?

I have been hoping it has been right as it has shown I have been ovulating even with the PCOS which means I shouldn't NEED clomid, right ? Because I was considering taking soy again next month.

Thanks for that ladies. I really feel like I'm going out of my mind. No more ics for me! If AF hasn't showed her face on saturday i'll buy a proper test. So sick of turning them this way and that trying to see a line til my eyes hurt. I need something that screams "its not and is never going to be positive. put the test down now!"

Todays weirdness on the second test - a thumb print sized area of pink dye over the bit where the test line is. Not a line. It looked like i'd dipped my thumb in ribena and. smeared it. I didn't touch it.

Just need either AF or my BFP just so this 60+ cycle of torture is done.

No idea about the specialist 2ba but hopefully someone can answer your question ((hugs)).
