Hi Lemonmelon, we all have low days, to me that is sort of what the forum is for so feel free to vent.

AFM, I am having a terrified day. I am too scared to go to the loo as I just don't want to see AF arrive!

    edit; snap!

My experience was slightly different to Big Zippy's though this was a good 15 or more years ago now. However, we were given Clomid straight off without any tests (other than day 21 progesterone)to see whether it worked, the rationale being that clomid is cheap and the testing is not. After 3 months of clomid with no monitoring of the cycle, we were then given some testing, and had another few months of clomid with scans at different points in the cycle. At around that point we switched from NHS to private though, and I was a lot younger at the time (mid twenties) so this may have had a bearing on things.

    Morning Ladies

Well, I wrote the advice, read it plenty yesterday, but then still got up at 4am to POAS :o:rotfl:

But - TLP @ 4am, and again at 7am, and a darker line at 8am (altho still faint, its defo not my eyes playing tricks on me!)

DH woke up at 4am (he is a light sleeper) and told me its not Saturday, as thats when I said I was gonna test. I told him it was a TLP and he told me to go back to sleep, lol! Obviously I didn't / couldn't tho :rotfl:

I showed him the sticks this morning and he said to wait til Saturday still as to him it wasn't much of a line. Think he was expecting to see one as dark as the control line even tho I have told him it doesn't work that way.

Have some digi's on order from amazon that have been dispatched so hoping to get them today or tomorrow. Think it will sink in with DH more if he sees it in black n white.

Of course its still early days, am only 11DPO, so it may still be chemical. Its just so incredibly exciting to get to this stage. And I will still have to keep repeating line 2 and 3 of my list - nothing I do at this stage will alter the result, stressing will not change a thing. What will be will be.
 Married my lobster in July 2011

TTC # 2 since Oct 2011 - good things come to those who wait :o

 2013 is going to be our lucky year

Congrat Abis! I am resisting, but I can't keep a single thought in my head, which isn't great for work...

I did an analysis of my period over the last few years (as you do) and while last month was 25 days, it is normally 26-27 since I messed things up by going on the pill for a month last year. So I am going to see if I can wait a little longer. I am pretty sure I ov'd very early this month, but I may have got that wrong which would explain why I am still in the game.

What I don't really understand is the AF symptoms earlier in the week which have died away. But, fingers crossed.. but I am still trying to be realistic.

lemonmelon - the ladies on the mc thread are wonderfully supportive if you need to talk about anything (not that you lovely ladies on here aren't, it's just a bit of a haven where you can have a good moan without feeling like you're bringing anyone down).
