gorkypark - don't be sad, afterall it might not be a period! How heavy is it? I had a very light 2 day period 5 days before my BFP and 4 days before AF was due and I thought i was back at CD1 but it was just a little implantation bleed! See how it goes and if it sounds similar do a test xxx

Thank you dizsiebubba:) I did the test day before period started which was bfn and now I've got normal period which is quite heavy and a bit unusial for me (all my periods have been quite light for almost an year now since my mc last year). So no much luck for me:(
  • Congratulations :j Kavics17 and ilovecushions, I hope you have a healthy and happy 9 months

Congratulations ilovecushions, and Kavics (possibly again if I already said it!) Good to see some BFP's appearing, it has been a bit of a slow month.

I, however, am driving myself crazy! I did manage to remember my wallet today (well done time2deal... getting there) but had heaps to do so worked late - raced home, but missed superdrug by 5 minutes!!

So I am home again without a single stick in sight to pee on! You can only laugh. :)

Anyway, tomorrow is the big day for me. I am pretty regular and AF is due tomorrow. Last month it even arrived on the evening before. I am a mess of symptoms, but as always they are also AF symptoms. I am sure that while I imagine a million symptoms - my body is just going about it's regular AF business, and my period will arrive as normal. fingers crossed though.

I'll see if I can get my act together and get money, and me, and open shop all together at the same time, and then do a test - perhaps even wait until Thursday if I get the chance. Oh dear, why is this so hard, I can't help hoping and CD1 will be tough this month...

Congratulations to the bfp ladies!!!! I've always dreamt about telling OH one day that I'm pregnant in a lovely way. But to tell the truth I would probably end up screaming it out in joy.

Having a lousy few days. FIL seems better though it didn't help OH's pma today when a load of documents came through the post about becoming FIL's power of attorny. Grrrrr.
The stress of it all really hasn't helped as well with trying for a baby. It all led to a mahhhoooooosive arguement. So we didn't get to dtd until last night so I will defintely be out this month.
Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.

    Congratulations kavics & i love cushions! :j

 welcome pooley gal(?) & becks :)

becks, if you have irregular periods for a long time, which couldn't be attributed to settling down post birth control or mc, then I'd be going to the doctors and asking about testing to see about potential issues like pcos :o iirc you said you'd been trying for 3yrs? so I'm little surprised you've not already been to see your doc... They would surely be able to offer you at least some basic tests at this point

Eta: oh, and 2b, I hope the referral is helpful, but just a heads up - if it's an nhs appointment, you're unlikely to see the consultant named on the letter straight out the box - they usually have an underling see you on their behalf for your first appointment(s). I remember reading that you were excited by who it was, and I didn't want you to be surprised and upset on the day if it didn't work out like that, iyswim? :o

    to all

    Morning ladies!

Congratulations ilovecushions! Another BFP, hooray! Wishing you a very healthy and happy nine months.

QQ - could you put me down as 3DPO please? FF has put the lines on my chart, even though I had a lower temp today (it was taken at 04:50 though, so I'm not surprised). Looking at my chart we DTD 2 out of the 3 days before OV so I'm hoping we might be in with a chance, but mostly I'm just pleased it looks like I've ovulated! If it's correct then it would make this a 38 day cycle which is still long, but ten days less than the last one.

QQ - glad to hear the IVF is a go for now... keeping everything crossed for you

Time2deal - good luck with testing today (if you manage to get to an open shop with your wallet first :D)

Two more days at work and then I have a week's holiday (first time in 6 months, so I am very excited :j) and it will be so nice to be on holiday during the 2ww!
