    Morning ladies,

so sorry to see some returners, (((hugs))).

Got GP appt this evening, so fingers crossed he can shed some light on why my cycles are getting so much longer.

Hope everyone has a good day x.

    lemonmelon (((hugs))) so, so sorry.

Aida good luck at the GPs, hope that everything is fine and you've got the BFP you're hoping for!

Massive (((hugs))) for everyone else. I hate Mondays

AFM - now 13DPO, still BFNs on the superdrugs but still no sign of AF. Am totally baffled but assume it's either:
    a) a shy BFP (unlikely at this point, wishful thinking on my part)
    b) taking B6 has succeeded in making my cycles longer and AF will arrive at any moment (big temp drop today suggests this is probably the case) or
    c) a cyst of some kind that's kicking out more progesterone than I would normally have at this point in the cycle.

I have dr appt this evening anyway for other things so will hopefully get some answers.

    xxx

The best resource for researching supplements that I know of is Marilyn Glenville's book "Get Pregnant faster". She has a whole chapter devoted to supplements for both men and women to promote fertility. It isn't a case of one size fitting all though. You need to look at your issues, and any issues your OH may have, and tailor the supplements to suit those. The kinds of things you would be looking at would be:

    1. do you have a long/short follicular stage
    2. do you have a long/short luteal phase
    3. do you have any known gynae issues, eg PCOS, fibroids, etc
    4. Do you have scant CM
    5. Do you get PMT
    6. Does your OH have any known sperm quality issues
    7. Does he have any libido or erectile issues

It's also a fantastic book for things like lifestyle changes, dietary advice, etc. I know I've recommended it on this thread before but it really is one of the best I've read on the subject.

I've just been working out my plan of attack for the next stage of my cycle - post period to ovulation. Will post it later if anyone is interested.
