  • Big congrats to the latest BFP's hope you both have happy healthy 9 months :D x

Thanks to bigzippy, skintchick and QQ for replying to me :) really appreciate it have txt my friend this morning just to let her know I'm thinking of her and here whenever she needs me she is going to the docs to see what if anything they will do for her and sounds a little better than she did yesterday !

Hopefully the docs will be able to do something for her ! We are usually really close its been difficult with the distance between us since my BFP but I totally understand it and have told her this and told her I will always be here have shed quite a few tears over the whole thing it just seems so unfair really I just wish it was straightforward for her and I remember all to well the disappointment that we all feel when AF arrives when TTC.

QQ - yes I had a private gender scan at 16wks and we are team Blue it was a bit of a shock because I was convinced we were pink I've had all the symptoms I had with my DD who was stillborn but he is a he and we are thrilled he will be called Rhys and were so excited to meet him :) he's OH's 1st baby so he is super excited but also super nervous because of all the complications I've had previously but I have a good feeling we will all be fine :).

Thanks again for all your advice ladies hope your stays here are over soon and you follow me onto the pregnancy threads :D

BigZ - enjoy your weekend away and yeah it would be lovely for you to return with your BFP :D

    xx

Emsbet, scan in two weeks! Time flies doesn't it? Any morning sickness?

It does when I think back to getting my BFP - it's five weeks ago (I think) - but waiting is a nightmare! Just want to have the scan now to check little one is still doing OK.

No actual sickness just lots of nausea and food aversion.

Massive congratulations on your BFP skintchick!!!!
  • Bigzippy & Emsbet: That makes a lot of sense, could be both fluid & iron!!

QQ: had a strop that the bakery had firstly run out of the bases that they have a special on. Reluctantly agreed to buy the more expensive 14" ones only to be told half way through making them that they didn't have the toppings I have!! Got through checkout, went to the customer service desk. They called bakery manager down so I started to make a polite, reasoned complaint - then burst into tears about there being no sweetcorn. (gotta love pmt). Bakery manager was so shocked he refunded the money for them!! I disappeared off home right embarrassed but fed well!
