Morning Lady bugs
Hugs to all in need :A
I am so excited I am buzzing :j:j:j:j I won a comp today on FB and won 6 weeks worth of Plum baby food for dd2 :j:j:j:j
I have a feeling this could be my lucky month:o:o
If you can think it........it will happen0 -
I hope that works for you. Though I am normal weight, exercise regularly, eat a healthy well balanced diet with very little processed food, drink very modestly, don't smoke or take any drugs prescription or recreational, and am quite laid back with little stress, and have had difficulty conceiving most of my children. It's not always the couple's "fault" if children don't come quickly or easily, and in fact a lot of couples (perhaps even most couple) take up to a year to fall pregnant, irrespective of their life style choices.
I'm so sorry, I didn't mean it to sound like I was suggesting it is people's fault they can't conceive. And reading back I can see it sounded a bit like that. I also hope making those choices for us will work, but I am aware it might take a long time despite all that.0 -
 everybody!
Welcome to Pinguini and any other newbies I might have missed...
((Hugs)) to all those feeling low or with AF
Sa-ra-ra-ra - sorry to hear about the infection, hope your egg will hang on until it has cleared up and appear at just the right time for you. Exciting news about buying the house - hope you get a completion date very soon, we bought our first place recently and I know how important it was to get in before the stamp duty holiday ends.
Aida - I turned my radio alarm clock thing back on last night so I have a bit more light in my room, and also spent a bit of time with the lamp on this morning when I woke up. I'm not being very strict about the lunaception thing, but will see if it makes any difference!
Abis - hope you manage to come to a decision about your DD going to your ex's wedding. I can't really comment as don't have any children but I am sure you will make the best decision for her!
Tealover - have you seen the film Knocked Up? There's a great bit where he (father of the baby) shouts and swears at the hormones (not at the pregnant lady)... I know hormones do strange things to me and I get really ratty with poor DH. And then it annoys me even more when he says 'it's just your hormones' and I think 'actually, no, it's not, it's you as well driving me up the wall...' Poor guy, he is lovely and doesn't deserve it!!
Vesper - sorry to hear you are feeling down about the whole ttc thing, hope it helped writing some of it on here, thinking of you and hope you will have dribble all over you and sleepless nights very soonx
cleofish - welcome back! Sorry to hear about the argument with your OH, hope you have a good week this week.
Nicki - sorry to read about the BFN, hopefully you are not out yet thought at 12DPO and the chart looks good.
Tinks - good work with winning the competition! Hope this is indeed a lucky month for you... feel free to share a bit of the luck
Sorry to any other posts I have missed and not replied to... so much chat on this thread!
No news here - CD12 and my boobs have swollen up today and yesterday. Not reading anything into it as no other signs of OV yet, and last month was a 48 day cycle... Plus, having obsessively checked my boobs every day last cycle I can now confirm that they randomly grow and shrink every few days, sometimes one at a time... :rotfl: I've decided not to use the OPKs, just temping. We have agreed to DTD every 2-3 days, so far so good. If I get EWCM then I'll jump DH for a few days in a row (if we can manage it!). Feeling reasonably relaxed about ttc this cycle. I'll be delighted just to have a shorter cycle this month!
Ok, back to work now...0 -
hi ladies
hugs to those in need and boo to no BFPs yet this month. here's hoping we get a bumper valentine's crop soon
AFM no AF and no symptoms. not even of AF, which is strange and makes my mad head go 'ooh, no symptoms is a symptom!' but i've probably just guessed Ov wrong. abdomen is tender when lying down like it usually is during 2ww but no cramps unless i think about having them if you get me. still checking cervical position, usually fairly firm but high, and cm but still lotiony
if this cycle is longer than the last then i'm going to go back to the doctors and deman a referral to the gynae as they refused me last time. rawr to them x x
had a meeting last night for which i had to lug our sound system and it's really heavy and now my shoulders really chuffing hurrrt.Little Lowe born January 2014 at 36+6

Afternoon Ladies,
Welcome Pinguini !!
Nicky, keeping my fingers cross for you, let's hope that the negative will turn into positive in the next couple of days!
QQ, yes, OH is very nice though I persuaded him to pay for the private doc for his mum, he would have never thought about it! His mum is in Poland and it will cost us only £30 so it's near to nothing, her health worths more!
Teamlowe, I managed to post the tablets today so they should be with you shortly.
I think I'm going to get my peak tmrw, I got up at 5.30 this morning to BD with OH but he wasn't into it so I have to put something nice on tonight to seduce him:rotfl:. I supposed to go to the swimming pool though but give it a miss, there are other things more important than exercising;). Having said that, I'm down to 9st 6lb which is really good, I lost 6lb in a month and a half. 6 more to go!0 -
Tinks - well done on winning the comp and finges crossed this is a lucky month for you.
Nicki - hugs for the bfn and hope it was just too early to test.
Kavics - Well done on the weight loss and finger crossed the seduction works tonight.
TeamLowe - it is horrible not knowing one way or the other as you can't help but get your hopes up. I hope it isn't a long cycle for you and that af doesn't show for all the right reasons.
Vesper - hugs, hope you are feeling better about things soon. It is good to get thing off your chest by posting here.
AFM - 2ww really dragging already and despite feeling confident by all the well timed bding during ov time, I am now feeling despondent and can't help but think that we have been unsuccessful again - need to find some pma from somewhere0 -
Primmer - (((hugs))) think we're all in need of a serious PMA injection atm.
It's been so long since we BD'd that I'm not sure I'll remember how to do it by the time AF leaves!!
Does anyone on here have both endo and PCOS? I thought I might have read that at least one other person did, but I may have dreamt that. Am starting to think that between them there's just too much that's not in working order.0 -

Ha ha, we were exactly the same - it was WEEKS! When I had my long cycle last month DH was a bit freaked out as he thought AF would arrive at any minute (and he has no clue, he seems to think it will all just come whooshing out...I've tried explaining it's not quite like that...) so wasn't keen, plus I was feeling really rubbish about it.
That said, the first BD this cycle was great0 -

That's what I'm like. As soon as I know AF could be on the way (about CD35+) it really puts me off as I think BDing might kickstart things! But then stupid AF didn't turn up for AGES and now will probably hang around for ages so it will be like... Christmas or something by the time I get to have s e x again. :rotfl:0 -
Thank you for letting me rant and rave last night. I apreciate it, don't know what I would do sometimes with out this place. I am feeling a little better today, just really tired. But I think constantly feeling dizzy and sick is taking it out of me a lot.
Just got really mad again as for the last couple of days there's been white fluff everywhere all over the carpets, and work, and I couldn't work out where it was coming from. Was about to have a go at OH when he comes in from work, as he wears those sports socks that molt everywhere, and then discovered that it's the fluffy lining from my new pair of jogging bottoms. So embarrassed, it's molting everywhere, looks as though I'll be taking them back. I can't use molting jogging bottoms at the gym! On a plus size I have lost 6 pounds in a week! Just all I crave now is chocolate.:EasterBun
Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0
