Hi Everyone
Thought I would come out of lurkdom as I have a spare few minutes.
Congrats to Klump and soon to be Skintchick I def see the line. and anyone else I may have missed!
Huge hugs to Lemon, I only had one cycle that was only a 6 day LP and that was bad enough, hope it rights itself soon.
I did a cheesky test this morning BFN, hoping its a shy one. Had myself pretty convinced a few days ago as my boobs were extremely sore, never had it before like that and had mega cramps all day Saturday which I never get either. I also had a sore armpit, think it could be a blocked pore or something so I googled it for a laugh and obviously its a sign of pregnancy :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:It does make me giggle as every little thing could be a sign of pregnancy!!
Hope everyone is doing well.

Amanda, nice to see you again, how is your bump?
PCOS does not equal no baby. It just means there may be a problem with oving. She has a child already, so that proves she's fertile:)
Is her cycles regular? She may need some pills to regulate it if irregular, but that's about it.
Some with PCOS almost never get AF which will obviously mean harder to get pg, but some has perfect 28 day cycles and get pg first time every time:)
Since her blood results were not bad, I assume she has a milder version of PCOS. Remind her Mrs Beckham and Mrs Jamie Oliver has PCOS:cool:
Hey QQ,
Thanks for responding
Me and bump are doing ok almost half way already and its flown by all looks good so farhave had a bit of a cry this afternoon on my friends behalf I feel so sad for her she's taking it all pretty bad bless her. I will remind her of those people when she next wants to talk about it I didn't know they had it too it may make her feel a little more hopeful !
She does have a cycle of sorts its not really regular and varies from 5 - 9 wks but she doesn't think she is ov'ing and has been taking OPK's her bloods were all looking good last lot also showed she was slightly anaemic so that is being dealt with currently.
After first getting the PCOS diagnosis aged 18 she just thought contraception was pointless as they gave her worst case scenario and got pg with her DD pretty much straight away (within 12wks) but the scans showed only one or two cysts at that point and she never had another one until today when they said she was covered in them. Can they do anything to get rid of the cysts or is that pointless ? Can she still conceive with cysts there if there are loads ? She clearly managed it when they were only one or two but I'm not sure what happens now ?
Sorry that is loads of questions I just know at some point she will ask me about it and I won't know what to say so just trying to prepare myself for it.

Congratulations! Klump :j
(unofficial) congratulations on the tlp skintchick!
Hope AF stays away or is super light fannyanna, and your treatment gets the go ahead and goes shortly and painlessly
Hope you get another ov in before you go QQ
Glad you didn't burn the shop down secret debts!
Welcome europa, if I didn't already say!
Amanda, I think I told you everything I could think of last time, and like Qq said she's been preg before and the hormone results are encouraging. How long has she been trying? The fertility clinic may see her from a yr of trying, or perhaps 6 months if she's over 35
Lemon melonbig saggy granny pants for cd1. I think it's probably still your body settling down after birth control being pumped into it, but asking for your gp's opinion is always a good idea if it's stressing you out/worrying you
I can't remember or read back any further now!
I've been checking out cottages and caravans for a long weekend away with Dh for our wedding anniversary this weekend. Hope I come back with news of a Bfp"I am indelibly stained by hope and longing" - Nuts in May0 -

'Ello everyone!
Well, I'm back after our monumental wedding party on Saturday night - lots and lots of fun and silly dancing. Congrats to the BFP's and TLP's - amazing! September is obviously a good month
I'm a bit sad today (12 dpo) as I got back from work to some v light brown cm when wiping. This is how AF started last month and she's due on friday so not good, I think. Cramping and backache too
Hubs is out tonight, so I am huddled on the sofa in a furry blanket with crisps, tea and chocolate. Kind of a pre-emptive period party.
Ah well. Sigh.

Evening all! I'm sorry to have kept you all on tenterhooks but I've had a very up and down day and this is the first chance I'd had to be on here.
DD woke up at 6.10 this morning, ugh, so I PIAC and put it on the side before going back to bed.
When I got up properly around 8 I did another Asda cheapie and got another faint line, although slightly darker than yesterday's, so I put my wee in a jar with a lid that had been washed in the dishwasher, stuck it in my handbag, and on the way to our day out I bought some digis. I went to Tesco and saw they now do their own digi tests and as they were £8 for 2 I got those.
Back in the car I put the test together, dipped it, and sat it on my lap as I drove. After a while I looked down to see 'Not pregnant'.Gutted. It put me on a bit of a downer but DD and I had a lovely morning out anywy once I'd managed to forget it a bit.
On the way to our afternoon playdate, I popped into town and went to Boots to get some Cleablue digis with my Boots points as I was very aware of how much I was spending on tests, but I was convinced I was pregnant and not happy with the Tesco result!
I had weed at midday so held it and held it for when I got home. Had a cup of tea and a coffee at my friend's so was bursting by 5pm when we headed home,
Nearly home and my car broke! My tyre had gone completely flat and I couldn;t drive it! By now I was almost wetting myself, had to get DD into the spare buggy in the boot, load up the buggy with all our stuff and walk home.
So I got home busting for the loo, rained on, in a bad mood and feeling shaky from lack of food. sorted DD out and then PIAC.
Got tea on, etc., then used a Clearblue digi. I thought I ought to wait til tomorrow but to be honest 5-6 hours is hte longest I go wihtout a wee these days anyway so I reckoned it would be OK. I expected to be disappointed but so confused about the Asda cheapies unless i'd had a dodgy batch or they were evaporation lines.
Anyway, dipped the Clearblue and went off to play with DD.
Remembered about the test while rearranging dolls in the dolls house, went to check it and...
