Totally agree about the baby shower - I'd decline it and then you will stop getting the notifications, you can always change your mind and go if you need to. ((((BIG hugs)))))

Digi said yes for me - I'm absolutely delighted, off to wake my OH and tell him ( I think he's going to be really surprised because I didn't tell him about the tlp) Out of interest I took a IC at the same time and its still really really light - I guess that's why you can get 20 for a couple of quid!

bigz my 3 friends had a joint baby shower and imo it was just a way to get gifts lol, i hate the thought though, mind you I'm anti social lol.

I'm well thanks Aida, still treading on eggshells and scared to believe or be excited but I'm getting there. I have amazing symptoms lol like trapped wind and sore boobs and dreams that my belly grew extra nipples....

TeamLowe - I read what you said about the scan envy and even though I'm on that thread I still have the same feelings as you hun, I've never had a healthy scan yet and so I'm so envious of all those who have one, all I can do is hope that i get one too. TTC is a rollercoaster of a journey and I don't think it stops at a BFP, in my opinion the stress, the worry, the niggles, the excitement, it doesn't end till you actually have a baby in your arms.

Does it ever end? My granny still worries about my mum and they are 87 and 63 respectively!

2nd day of Peak on CBFM yesterday and OH was "too tired"! I was not a happy bunny. I only ask him to perform on those 2 days, rest of the month I'm easy. 2 days! Still says High fert for today so going to have one more try tonight I think. I don't seem to have any EWCM tho - not even and CM really. :cool:

Morning all,

still no AF! I can't believe I've now got to the point where I'm desperate for it to show up. At this rate I'm going to have about 2 cycles a year. Am starting to think I may be menopausal. :eek:

thanks Ikkle, i was worried when i posted that that i'd upset our wonderful graduates the green eyed monster comes out when people are so excited about their scans, i know i'd be filled with dread. it's not that i want them to feel the way i do, i just feel cheated that i don't have that naivety anymore

very long day at work yesterday, Budget Council so only got home at 11.30pm. oooof also i kneeled down to whisper to a colleague in the chamber and got the biggest pain in my right side, like just above the hip joint. well concerned i've squished my ovary :rotfl:

EWCM, do you have to have it all day? i keep getting a good bit and then when i feel again it's lotiony x x

Fingers crossed for good news for you bigzippy. I have a baby shower to go to in a couple of weeks. Can't say as I am looking forwward to it It will be 1 week before her due date, so she will have the biggest roundest bump and she is a bump stroker. I know I will be jealous, and I am kind of resenting the gift thing too! I wasn't going to get anything seeing as I am helping out, but then she put a message on the event on facebook saying what gifts she 'didn't need'. Thats wound me up a bit to be honest! Now I feel like I 'should' get something.

Zcrat - I had the same thing last month with my DH. I don't think my mini melt down and tears about how I couldn't do that part on my own helped him get in the mood somehow tho! :rotfl::rotfl:

Am glad its friday today. Feeling tired and, well just ready for the weekend. I keep staying up too late which is not like me at all. So no wonder I am tired! Will have to try and get to bed earlier tonight.

6dpo here, and my boobs are agony. I get this every month, but it seems to start earlier each time. I guess my cycles are still regulating after the pill. Brushed my nips with a towel getting out of the shower though and it was so sore DH came in to see what I was yelping about :eek::rotfl:
