ScottishChick you are on a roll!!
Tinkwings and skintchick I'm with you on the old SS: SO far this week...
Vivid dream (I have these all the time)
Bigger boobs (I've eaten way to much this week)
Tummy cramps (I was hungry, hadn't eaten all day)
No spots that I normally get before AF (only had spots the last 2 months since being off the pill so hardly "normal"!)
OH is away this weekend and I'll be on my own. Need to resist peeking as i'll only be 10 ish dpo. And anway, it doesn't make any difference does it!0 -
Wow Scottishchick, no wonder you're jumping up and down! A fab week so far! What have you got planned for the PPI money?
Hope the rats get sorted soon Tink, how nasty! I love the film Ratatouille but even that hasn't made me feel any better about rats! _pale_Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
QQ please could you add me to the list for BFP predictions - I predict 10 this month
Could you also add me to the testing list for Tuesday 7th Feb? Thanks!0 -
Hiya – can I join you ladies?
We have just started the NTNP approach. We have done the BD twice since the last AF and the next AF is due 11th Feb. Sadly had a family bereavement last week so haven’t done the BD since then until I feel ready again.
Talking about it last night, OH had a complete meltdown last night where he got scared and really upset me, but he is always like that about everything…so indecisive! Anyway he apologised and decided he is ready again (gggrrr men! It was him who wanted to NTNP in the first place!) so we are back on task for when I’m ready to go!
My family is notorious for MC or SB so we don’t tend to tell if we are trying or until we are 12 weeks usually. If you are some1 who happens to recognise my username and knows me in real life – please don’t speak to me (or anybody else) about it as I will be horrified!
Can I ask though, what is the best test to use? In respect of good clear results, as early as possible and good value?
Thanks x:jBaby Boy born December 20120 -
 welcome dizsiebubba! Hope your stay here will be short and sweet - this is a lovely forum with lots of helpful advice and support!
Re: tests - there is a list of them on the first page of this thread which details what the sensitivity is, etc. I know a lot of people like Superdrug tests. I use cheap ones from Amazon and if/when I get a positive on one of those I will test on a more expensive one like a Clear Blue digital to confirm the result.0 -

At this rate, BFP is just around the corner!:jWe called out Pest Control and he came yesterday but down Bait & traps. We heard movement for about an hour last night then it stopped. My neighbour came in this
Hope it's sorted very soon, and that the rat dies outside the house:obfn this morning anyway I know far too early but keeps me quite:o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o

Afternoon ladies

Welcome dizsiebubba :hello: hope your stay is short
nothing to report here, still sore boobs but I have them every month. Pilates last night was agony though, we did loads of face down exercisesmy muscles are sore today as I spent as long as possible in each pose to avoid having to lie back flat on my front! :rotfl:
Can't wait for the weekend, I'm finally going to meet my new baby niece on Saturday :j didn't go last weekend as I was still coughing/germy and I didn't think my sister would thank me for infecting the baby (or her!). So excited, although I still need to finish the little cardie I'm knitting her. Only button borders and collar left to do though, shouldn't take too long tonight.Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -

Welcome! hope you're not with us long
My husband was like your OH. i wanted to start trying straight after our mc and he was ok with it, then he wasn't, then 'seeing what happens' to finally trying but not allowed to use what i would term 'scientific methods' (ie taking temp, ovulation tests) unless it was behind his back. So we've decided that we're going to have relations every 2-3 days as that's what doctors recommend and see how we go with that, but he's said i'm allowed to get a cbfm next cycle :j which makes him sound like such a draconian husband but i usually totally wear the pants :rotfl:
what i'm trying to say is i've found the more time he has to think about it, the more on board he is with it.
although hopefully you won't have time for him to be ok with the theory and soon he'll be estatic about becoming a daddy because they always are
AFM, what is the point of tracking my symptoms if i don't actually then pay attention to it?
was thinking earlier that considering AF came after 42 days, it was strange that i ovulated around CD21, as that makes a 3 week luteal phase. looking back in my little book of madness, i can see that i had the same ovulation symptoms a week later, EWCM, the lot. we also relaxed on our every 2-3 days so there was very little BD around then
So it looks like i've assumed Ov, relaxed and dtd less and the symptoms i was spotting for pg was for my actual Ov, what a bumhead. none of that this cycle, every 2-3 days til the witch shows.
it also gives me extra hope for this cycle, as clearly last cycle we didn't do everything right, so this cycle with everything right must be the one. just when i was starting to relax into this whole thing as well lolLittle Lowe born January 2014 at 36+6
