  • Thanks all for reassuring me :A Thought i was probably being silly to worry. And yes, i shall step away from Google LOL!!!!

Its really sad, but i have found myself really getting "into" the whole pregnancy spirit of things... mooching around to see which pushchairs i like, where the good deals are at the moment making a little "what i know i need for basics rather than going all out like i did for first baby" list etc etc...... have even done the 360 online tour of the two local maternity units/hospitals to see which looks nicer!!!! I feel a BIT obsessed! And the need to keep quiet is terrible - but i dont want my OH to feel the pressure pmsl..!!!! Is it just me who is feeling like this?! In a way i wish i wasnt as i feel i am jinxing things by thinking so far ahead!!!!

For goodness sake, i feel a bit loopy! I only stopped taking my pill between xmas and new year.. i keep hoping and hoping that i may have "caught" already but i KNOW that the likelihood is slim to none :(

Must stop being a crazy baby person!!
Baldrick, does it have to be this way? Our valued friendship ending with me cutting you up into strips and telling the prince that you walked over a very sharp cattle grid in an extremely heavy hat?

I think those feelings are completely normal, or if not I'm a crazy baby lady too.
Was getting slightly excited as was going through one of my local Facebook swap/sell sites and there was absolutely loads of really cheap baby stuff. Was so tempted to buy a winnie the pooh bedroom set (curtains etc), but think I would get some wierd looks being an adult with a winnie the pooh themed spare bedroom.

Me and the OH went out for dinner to one of the village cafes. There's two and I usually go to the other but it only opens during the week. Was sat there thinking how much better this one was for if you have babies as you could actually get a pram in there. In my defense I'm not crazy I just tend to go for a coffee with one of my mates and we kept struggling to get the pram in my usual place.
Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.

  • Evening all, (well not quite but feels like it)

CD 1 for me today, had been ss-ing since ov and although it's our first actively trying cycle and I told myself I was going to be chilled about it I am still gutted.

I suppose to be told a week before AF rocks up to be told this will not be your month would be easier than dealing with it not being your month the same day as AF arrives and you feel pants anyway. Ah well mother nature!

Onwards and upwards though. Told my BF this morning that we're trying so nice to have someone in RL to talk to about it. Just hope the next couple of weeks go quickly to get cracking again!!

Bigmomma- I've been looking at baby things for the last 6 months wondering if I'm a little bit crazy to be doing so with no baby or even one on the horizon. I think it's "normal" to be a little bit "crazy" about the baby thing. We also always have in here to be a bit anonymously crazy so no-one really needs to know!!

    Big Sunday hugs to everyone!!!

  • Don't worry I'm a crazy baby lady too! There's lots of us around ;)

I'm cd11 today and tested with an ic because I've been feeling off all day - moody, cramps and have a Ricky tummy. BFN. I'm not surprised but still disappointed :(

CD1 again for me today. LP 2 days shorter than usual, which doesnt sound like a good sign. Back to temping this month I think

Not sure what is happening to be honest. A decent amount of bright red on TP first thing led me to believe this was CD1 but nothing at all since then, either on TP or on liner. Nothing happened last night to cause an erosion, and I think 13dpo is too late for implantation.

So back to CD28, 13dpo I think, but I suspect AF isn't far away. Unfortunately I set my CBFM to CD1 this morning. Does anyone know if I can undo that, and if so how?

This link may help Nicki - unfortunately you'll lose the data built up so far though.

ETA: I read further on and you may not lose the info - see question 7 for another way - you just hold the m button down until it says the correct day.

QQ these are some really good questions for the CBFM - don't know if you want to link in the first post?
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

I've just bought one and have been sat reading instructions for an hour - if you press and hold the m it will go through 1 - 5 just let go when you get to the relevant day.

Fantastic! Thanks sexy mouse. Will go and try now.

ETA great stuff! That fix worked. It is back reading Cd28 now, presumably with all data intact.

Big momma I was on cerazette and stopped taking it about a week before Christmas - Still waiting for first AF and hasnt stopped us trying. I'm sure its just for dating purposes they tell you to wait. I expected AF to come straight away because if I missed one earlier on in taking them I'd get some bleeding - its frustrating but I guess its taking a while for the hormone to leave my system.
