Yay for bootcamp snowy. I did my first ever power yoga class today as part of my get fit to TTc drive, and really enjoyed it. It was inside in the wam, though . Added to my gym session yesterday though, I am feeling quite sore and stretched just at the moment. I suspect the truth is I am just too old for all this. Not sure what I'll be able to motivate myself to do exercise wise tomorrow. Maybe a rest day.

I'm just having a laugh at mrhappy, I was putting info into FF on my phone when he asked if I was looking at his "jiggy chart" Obviously temps, ov and AF aren't important bit of this-he has been looking back and counting how often we BD and seems to be rather proud of himself :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
