  • My doctor said when i start ttc to go see her for some tests to make sure everything is ok...(Rhesus/ rubella etc) .. I never got round to doing it, I think i might go back and say i'm here for the tests you told me to come for and whilst I'm there ask if 24 days is too short?

I'm so confused, I *THINK* AF may be here... thats a 24 day cycle?! is a 24 day cycle too short to ov and implant before AF?
It could be implantation spotting, but as you were saying 4days til test day I assume you're on 10DPO and that is long enough for implantation to occur.

Remember it's not AF til it's full flow. Good luck!

ETA: there are ladies on here that have had 21day cycles and gotten preg, if I recall correctly :)

As for me, no fertile CM again, and boobs/nips are still tender so I'm taking it that I've ov'd. DH helped me up last night and in the process the chestal area got knocked, causing an "ouch!" to escape - when I straightened up I said to DH "well, I think it's safe to assume I did ovulate then" ...he took a second, then looked all concerned, and said "did we have enough sex??" I started laughing, in his face (as you do!) and said "honey, we've had nothing BUT for 10days!":rotfl: (10 times in 11 days I think it was!:p) Bless him though, he looked so worried. And made me reassure him about 3 times! :p:A

-TMIalert- IF I did the dead last night and went straight to sleep, and then checked first thing, could this affect the results?
Yes, semen is very similar to ewcm. Ewcm is more shinier though, and one can always do a water test, semen floats, and ewcm sinks.
Hope we can just put the above behind us, sorry again to anyone I offended.
I know what you meant (to cheer Rebekah):o
Think I should be OV now, I am going to do a test and come back, not as exciting as a pregnancy test I will grant you but good to know :)
Good luck, hope you have held your pee for 3hrs:cool:
Ouchy Ouchy! random cramping pain low down on right hand side. AF not due till monday.... and CM shows no signs of spotting yet...

Am I allowed to SS yeh with only 4 sleeps till AF??
    No you are not allowed:naughty::D

Anything over 21 is considered normal, don't worry, relax:o

You can ask him:) But like Bigzee said, 10DPO is fine. Anything between 10-16day LP is normal:)

If you are talking about arousal fluid, the same thing, if you put it in the water, cm will sink to the bottom, while arousal fluid will dissolve in water.
  • Hello Newbies

nothing to report here but to say that my b o o b s are heavy & tender again i think i only have a couple of days where they are not!!! so think will say im 2DPO to be sure but i think thats means my LP will be 21 days and not 14 this month??!! which isnt right so im gonna be OPKS starting tomorrow morning to see if actually my CBFM was wrong or not

It's quite good isn't it! My Hubbie thinks my cycles are related to the moon so there's no hope for him!

Hi rebekah - not dumb at all. Yes I stopped taking cerazette in July, had light AF start on 15th July then normal AF on 8th August.... so thats 2 cycles at 24 days...

    :(
Ye tis normal for it to be screwey. Hope it won't be as long as mine was! I have only just got back to my pre pill cycle last month. That was 14 cycles over 12 months.
That said I was the other way round to yoiu,. I have period 28 day cycles for the first 3 months before it went screwey.
